Frankie's Pizza Snoqualmie — Restaurant in Snoqualmie

Customer service is definitely not a priority here. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Another employee, presumably a manager came and looked and told me they failed to acknowledge our order and hadn't started making it yet. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes with my three kids in their cramped storefront space. I understand that things happen and wouldn't have been bothered by it, except that the employees didn't even apologize. Since the error was on their end, it wouldn't gone so much farther if they had apologized for the delay. I followed up with an email to the contact address on their website to let them know about the incident and never heard back. I don’t know what is happening with Frankie’s, but they have been very inconsistent the last 4 months. We order pizza with easy cheese EVERY time and I’d say they are 50/50. When they get the cheese right Frankie’s is one of the best pizzas. When it’s wrong, I can’t eat it and it is a treat for me. Cheese isn’t a friend. The manager was nice and they tried to fix it tonight but it was folly after folly. I hope they can get their act together, as we have been ordering from them for 15 year. I miss the old quality, always good and always what we ordered!

Update as of November 2023: Frankie’s has continued to be inconsistent and frustrating. The last pizza we ordered ended up in the garbage, as the crust was stale and flavorless. I would hope a pizza place has enough care to at least put the right toppings on the pizza. I shouldn’t order a Hawaiian and receive an olive on it. I have a lot of food issues and biting into that olive almost made me throw up. An olive is black. You would think someone making the pizza would see that and pick it out instead of be uncaring and just leave it on there. Out of my medium pizza I only got one slice because now I don’t know if there are more olives on it. PLEASE make sure the workers are being mindful of the toppings that end up on the pizza and that they know “one random thing” Will do harm. It’s a good thing I wasn’t allergic.
