We were excited to try out Freestone, but our first time will definitely be our last time. Here are the reasons why: the person in front of me ordered and paid online for something gluten-free, and when she got to the front of the line they were out, and she was obviously disappointed (saying this is necessary for her family), but the employee didn’t show much empathy or sympathy. Then, when we got to the front of the line, I ordered a cold brew and they were out and my son ordered a breakfast burrito and they were out. This was on a Monday morning at about 9:30 AM.

The people that work their are very kind, it's very clean, and the aroma once I stepped inside was blissfully...

Freestone welcome your guest with a better attitude and no judgements they are the ones who want to support your business! Had I not left twice with the same feeling I would have just not gone back and not left a comment but please do better - you have a great opportunity and lovely food items - fyi girls at the counter sweet and awesome does not reflect...
