Sahara Pizza — Restaurant in Snoqualmie

To start off I did make the mistake of calling the Snoqualmie branch instead of fall city. My mistake. The gut taking my order spoke way to fast and when I gave him my number blared back my old address but I couldnt understand him. Never having issues before I just said yes. The guy was short and abrupt with me. After placing my order about 50 minutes later I get a call from the driver asking if I'm at old address which confused me then he told me I called the wrong place but hes going to call in and see if he can deliver to me. My hats off to the delivery driver your cool. What ever moron wouldnt let you drive the 15 minutes to my old address. But not the 10 to my new one is who this 1 star rating us for. So I call them to ask them to cancel the pizza. But they just can't do it. And it's just waiting for me down there. I'm in the middle of a move and have to drive down to get a pizza I paid to have delivered couldnt get the delivery tax taken off. Useless pizza place. Ordered online, and they got an item wrong. Called to get it fixed, when the guy I'm speaking with speaks to the Manager/Owner? Jimmy? Who right from jump sounded irritated, asked "Whats this about!?" And when told Immediately denied the order was wrong, stating what he was out of the item i ordered (which was wrong) and when he got on the line he tried to convince me that I was wrong, until he actually looked up my order and realized he was wrong. The whole time speaking to me like I'm some dumb kid that he doesn't have time for. When offering a solutions he said that he could credit me. Or he could get another one out to me as soon as possible & when I said I'll take one as soon as possible, He emphasized it's going to be over an hour, I again told him as soon as possible would be fine, and that I don't appreciate how he's treating me or speaking to me, He got even more of an attitude and tried to gaslight me even more.

Do better Jimmy, or whatever your name is! I'm certainly going to hesitate before I order from Snoqualmie...

Just ordered delivery from them 2 lions feast pizzas 74 bucks for 2 pizzas! When I opened it up once I got inside I was appalled there was very scattered pepperoni Canadian bacon and a small handful of sausage thrown around anyone that has ordered this pizza knows it is supposed to be STACKED with all the meats that's why it's so expensive. The meat it did have was 1/4 of the amount that it's supposed to be and it was completely missing salami and ground beef. I've been ordering from Sahara for over 10 years I know what I ordered I know what I should have gotten. When I called the Snoqualmie branch the guy on the other end instead of trying to make it right argued with me!!! If this is the product and the treatment I'm going to get with the price that's being charged I will never order from your...
