Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at the bookstore today. Apparently, during our visit, my son had thrown a book, but the people working there didn’t mention this to myself or my husband. When we were checking out, the individual asked why we weren’t purchasing that book. The remark was made in a very rude way, and again, this was not addressed real time. When I tried to speak with the individual about children with special needs and how we are trying to implement a love of reading for our son, she was very dismissive. Read moreThis was a very little small museum, located inside a book store and on the second floor. The entrance is free, but donations were welcomed. They have hundreds of editions of his books in this place, they even have a little model of his childhood home. They have a whole little section explaining a little bit about his life and his disappointments in love. Also have a little section on everything for the little mermaid, even have a picture of the famous statue in Copenhagen, Denmark done by Edward Erikson. If you are a book lover, better yet a Hans Christian Andersen lover this would be a cool little spot to see before...

The museum is located above a bookshop. Entrance is free. While we were there, another 4-5 small groups attended. A popular place,...
