No one to greet you or seat you. Some poor kid is running around gathering the dirty plates. He looks 12 and is in a hoodie. Very unprofessional. No one would have noticed us so we had to wave over the bartender to let them know we planned to eat there. We were given waters and there was a black flake of something in my water so either their glass or ice machine is dirty. We ordered beef with hollandaise sause and potatoes. We also ordered ableskeivers. The egg served on the potatoes was pretty much completely raw, the beef was tough and overcooked, the onions that were supposed to be caramelized were also pretty raw. We waited 20--30 minutes for it. (not counting how long we waited to be noticed in the first place. Also our water didn't get served to us for maybe 8 minutes after we asked for it) Our ableskeivers were overcooked and tough with the bottoms so overdone that they were too hard to bite through and we had to rip it off to enjoy the rest of the little pastry. We stopped eating after a few bites, especially after we realized the egg was completely raw. We alerted the staff and the owner argued with us that the egg was cooked, despite us showing the raw, clear jiggly egg whites. We said we waited a long time, the egg and onions were raw, and we just weren't going to pay for it. The owner then tried to tell us we only waited 3 minutes for the meal. Ridiculous! I had been watching an episode of a show on my phone to help pass the time, hoping the food would be worth it! He then angrily piles up our unfinished plates and leaves angrily without any sort of apology or promise to do better next time. to top it off, we would have paid about $20 - - $25 for this meal if we hadn't stood up for ourselves. We brought family visiting us for the holidays from outer state to have good Danish food.

After being seated it took 15 minutes to get a menu and that was after bringing it to the attention of a supervisor. We had to go to the bar to order a drink and to be told to sit down your server will take your order. She did take both drink and food orders. That was the last time we saw her. No one asked how we were doing or need another drink.

It took 45 minutes to get our food. When it came it was very disappointing. The food was horrible one person in our party had a long black hair in her potato pancake. The server that delivered the food bring the wrong meal and was arguing with my sister saying this is what she ordered.

Then had to use the restroom before leaving. There were two one seater restrooms. Both disgusting! No toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap . The trash can was overflowing. Toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor.

Went to have dinner at this place. They status in the back. For 45 min, no one ever came to take our order, greet us or anything. I had to go remind them about us. Then, finally, the waitress came and took our order and drinks. 40 plus min later, they came with our food, but, never gave us our drink. 10 mins into our meal, they finally came to give us our beverages. After that, again, they never came to check on us, on how the meal is or if we wanted refills. We finished our meal and I had to go to thw bar to ask for my bill. I did not leave a tip, because it was horrible service. Two days later, I check my credit card statement, and they over charged us by around $25. I will NEVER go there again. Honestly, food wasn't even that great. I could understand if it was or they were busy, but the place was half empty.
