Amy's Peking Palace — Restaurant in Sonoma

I have been coming to Amy’s for many years, the food had been good despite there being rumors of questionable quality of the food and this Wednesday I can confirm the food is not okay. After eating half of a medium sized box of sweet and sour chicken I discovered fly eggs inside of the chicken and peaking out of it. I threw up and have had bad stomach pains. I’m terrified to just think about how much of this disgusting food I’ve eaten. I went back to Amy’s to tell them and they themselves said they didn’t know what it was but they would give me my money back, a new order, or free food but I refused it all. The cook tried to persuade me it was normal and possible flour eggs or corn starch that wasn’t mixed well but we all know it isn’t, they opened up a few piece of the chicken to show me it was the same but clearly it wasn’t. I remained calm and friendly through out the whole ordeal which is recorded, uneasy about the situation I looked up fly eggs at home and YES! Immaculate food quality, and unlike any other food I've had anywhere else. It's such a nice place to drop by and order food to-go, especially with the generally positive atmosphere of the restaurant. The price is a little difficult to swallow, truth be told, but I would argue that the quality of the food scales comparably well in it's price range. If you've never stopped here before, I definitely recommend you give it a try. The food is exquisite in quality and price. Wow. I have had the worst day and I looked forward to eating the orange chicken this establishment is known for, little did i know that I would arrive only to be deathly disappointed by the fact that you ran out of the orange chicken.
