Burger King — Restaurant in South Bend

The girl @ the window needs to smile. Today is August 10th, 2018 it is 9:26pm and she needs to be nice to customers .I know it was a long day but damn, we all have long days of work. You greet people with a big smile and a welcome when we say thank you. All she did was telling us how much it cost .My husband asked her how she doing and she didn't say a thing. She shut the door right away she has no idea how much I wanted to come snaaatch her out from that window. The guy who gave us food did not say a word to my husband when he said thank you. My husband is a nice man and he always good to ppl and ask them how their day was and then a thank you to finish it up, but the BK workers never engaged in a little convo while we were the only ppl on drive thru. Or at least a smile and ty for coming have a good night and byebye or something. How rude these people are. And on top of that, their onion rings is too damn cold. I'm so mad. We always come here but after tonight, no more. Poor customer service and food is not good. I wanna walk back in there n tell them off but my husband don't want me to return the cold onion rings .I wish I'm driving I would've turned back and get me my hot onion rings. These workers give BK a bad name .I love BK, but your east side workers here in South Bend Indiana are so not the business .Bad for business. Day...

Stayed in line for 20 mins before order was taken on 7/27/19 @ 10:00pm manager inform me she was having computer problems and sorry for the wait that was ok I understand things go wrong. but what has be upset is the fact that I waited in line that long and my order was wrong. I order 3 double whopper meals. when I got home and check my food I had just the regular whoppers all 3 orders was regular whoppers. I tried calling for a hour after I got home to inform the manager of what happen the phone had to be off the hook I all I got is a dial tone never got anyone on the phone nor was I able to leave a voicemail and I didnt feel like driving all the way back up to the store at the E. lasalle store on friday night. to tell her. this is poor customer service. Im very upset will not go this location again this...

I went through driver though order a JR whopper and large drink and fry's. Again they are out of unsweet tea, coffee.(same as last week visit). I said fine nothing to drink, they charge me full price for sandwich and fry's. Ask to speak with Manager. A woman comes over say's rudely you wanted to speak to me i explained to her she says well we do have other option's i tell her i don't drink pop, she goes well what do you want me to do than, i only work here, i can't make thing appear if we don't have it. Totally missing my point, so i ask why do i want to pay full price when the meal is cheaper and i am okay with no drink. They rang me up for a Whopper meal and charge me for the large drink and gave me a JR whopper sandwich. If i wanted this kind of treatment i would go back...
