I made the mistake of not reading the (many) negative reviews of this particular Domino’s before ordering food here. And though my experience was not as bad as some others, it does fall in line with the general theme I’m seeing of a franchise poorly run. I ordered my food for pickup, drove over to pick it up, and then the guy behind the counter said, “just need a total here”, and he slid the receipt over to me. Just need a total? I paid in full online; what could he mean? Well, apparently he meant I should tip him. First of all, yes, I am getting a little tired of having to add a tip for every thing I buy these days, but more importantly, this guy not only did nothing to deserve a tip he did plenty to lose a tip. His demeanor was brusque and disengaged and he didn’t even pretend to be helpful. For example, some Domino’s will ask if you need napkins or utensils. Not this one. So I signed the receipt without adding a tip. And then as I’m walking out the door I hear him scoop up the receipt off the counter and loudly crumble it up. Of course he did this as a not-so-subtle “screw you”, but to me it was just a confirmation of my initial impression of him. Read moreToday is Thursday 2/28/19 8:30pm I called twice and was on hold 20 plus minutes both times the first time I was hung up on the 2nd time I ended up driving all the way there to be told very rudely that I’d have to wait awhil but the guy said oh “I’m no trying to sound like a f—king d—ck” oh I guess thatvwasnt very professional he say but I can’t take it back now!!!! Then I mention “yeah I was on hold 20 minutes twice” then looks st me and told me I’d have to wait 30 minutes before he could even take my order so I walked out....... this guy really should find another job if he hates that one so bad!!!! I work in the public everyday and have for 30 years but never have ever treated anyone this way I highly reccomend with dominos finds new virtuous employees or at the very least fires this rude dispesoectful employee and I didn’t mention I wanted it deliver that I always tip very well to all drivers and went threw being told by this same employee I’d have to wait 2 1/2 hrs for a order 1 mild up the street that was same finish on 2/26/19 I’ll never order there again and Ive been a customer for many many rears........ my 1 star rating was one to many imo as long as this guy...
Read moreI would love to order from them again as I use to every night of the week after I get out of work late so it worked out and witch is a lit of money every week,but they have repeatedly called me on my phone witch how can they use our phone numbers like that but then he tells me that their not going to send our order and not to call them again and I have not since their loss of a lot of money .wow and again I try to give them another chance and this time I got 2 long hairs on and in my pizza and have the pictures to prove it and they said I would have a 20 dollar credit and just tried to order my credit but I waited a month or so and then they tell me I do not have one and to never call them again and hung the phone up on me just wow I guess we will send corporate the pics and the records we have and see if...
