Went through this drive thru Tuesday and was so disappointed with the customer service. I ordered 2 meals and a slider and spent $21 (which is crazy for sandwiches) but I knew it would be a little more, so went ahead with my order. Well I get on Arby's.com and they are advertising the $1 kids meal with any full meal purchase. So I asked the worker at the window if I could replace my slider with the $1 kids meal. And she looks at me, rolls her eyes, and says something under her breath. Walked away and was gone 15 seconds maybe, says "sorry. We don't have that on the computer. It's $20.78." Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I understand that not all places are participating, but have better customer service. I come to this Arby's on a regular basis because it's only 3 miles from my house. But I will drive the extra 3 miles to go to the one in Boiling Sprints from now on. They at least have good...
Read moreI was a DoorDasher tonight for this Arby’s being one of my jobs and I must say the manager Jacob and the employee Olivia were absolutely amazing to be acquainted with! They greeted me and I told them I was there for a door dash and they were very nice and polite with me, and I really appreciated it! I’m not social often, but tonight was an exception because of the great atmosphere they gave me in return! I would definitely come here or recommend it to anyone as long as they’re working! I almost started singing with Olivia because I have a sister of the same name and she reminded me of my sister and my experience was very welcoming! I recommend them for a huge raise if possible! Lady talking to co-workers on the mic, finally takes my order, doesn't repeat to make sure its accurate, or even ask if I want anything else, and does not give me a total. Dang, some days I don't like my job either, but I fake it til I make it. Can we not do better for God's sakes?? Also, this place is dead!
