Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Carolina

My visit to the Woodruff Rd location was horrid. My order was done online and it was informed that it was ready for pickup and when I arrived I'm not entirely sure if it was ready or not quite frankly because individuals came in after me multiple made orders at the counter received their orders and left as I stood there asking where my order was several times. An employee told me well sir it comes in the order that we received them. At this point I've been standing there for about 20 minutes and 10 people that came in after me and ordered way after me cuz I ordered online, got there food and left. I ended up leaving the location because my frustration grew to the point where I felt if I was there any longer I was going to lose my cool which I wasn't going to do over coffee and donuts. I will post this review which is factually accurate, to inform everyone that this location treated me like I was non existent. That I didn't matter there's no worse feeling than that. I will never ever step foot in that location ever again or a Dunkin' donuts location anywhere. I don't care how good their coffee is or how good their donuts are, I'll pay the extra three bucks at Starbucks. At least they care. I felt...

My husband and I went by there today, Thursday April 28th, 2021. The launch of the Summer menu, including the infamous Butter Pecan Iced Latte. We look up the stores business hours and they close at 8PM. We get there at 7:35pm and hit up the drive thru, we wait to be greeted and we're met with an annoyed, monotone voice that doesn't really greet us but says, "Hi, we only have black coffee left." Then tried to ask us something else but we were already driving off. Why even ask if we want anything? Chances are we don't want black coffee. I find it hard to believe that they didn't have anything else to offer. It's launch day, you know they had them prepared for that. There was a truck there delivering supplies so even if they literally ran out of everything I bet it was being brought in off the truck. I think because it almost closing time and the truck was there that the employees didn't want to have to deal with customers too. How were they out of all food and drinks but black coffee??? I guess I will be giving all my Summer business to a different store and we go almost daily...

Amazing customer service after attempting to order a white chocolate chia latte at the store on Pelham and having a really bad experience on Pelham (they made me a chai latte, but refused to give me the white chocolate chai after saying it wasn’t a thing, and giving rude looks at me) I called this store on woodruff and I explained what happen and they offered to correct the order for me (I paid for the additional white chocolate syrup added, which I didn’t mind)! I was welcomed from the minute I walked in with a smile, they immediately engaged in conversation with me and apologized for the prior store! They made me feel welcomed from the start and made my experience so much better! I think they did an amazing job handling this! Sierra and Sarge (sounded like Sargent) were amazing!
