Taco Bell — Restaurant in South Carolina

My friends and i went there after a late night movie because we needed something quick and on the way home. First, the line was insane and we waited about 30 minutes to get the food. Secondly the drive thru cashier was very very rude. She told us we couldnt place 3 orders or two, which is fine but theres a way to say things respectfully. Then when we got to the window she handed us a mountain dew. I politely said i had ordered a baja blast and she said no you didnt. You didnt say what kind of mountain dew. Instead of politely saying i apologize. I must had not heard you. Let me fix that. She had a rude attitude, did not give me a receipt, and mumbled alot of "uh huhs". She also was arguing with us about our order in general. The next day we called and spoke with the store manager Shanae, i believe. She was very nice and polite and told me i could come in and get a free combo no problem, although i insisted she didnt have to i just wanted to let her know that her employee had been rude so she could speak with them. We went a few days later and told them we had been told by the manager that we could get a free combo after having spoke with her about our experience on the phone. We had went to the drive thru, waited and were told we had to come inside so we did. We told one employee the situation and she told us we had to wait for their shift manager. After have waiting for a good ten minutes or so the shift manager finally came up to us and just stared. She also rolled her eyes alot, never was friendly or greeted us and made us feel like we were lying. She treated us disrespectfully and spoke to us as if we were just liars. I think her name was shaquita. She rudely yelled to an employee while in front of us and threw another employee under the bus saying "that must have been cris" , which was not the womans name. When we told her the day and time she said it couldnt had been that employee because shes a "great cashier " she didnt even give us our food or ever once apologize for our experience. Went inside to order. Drive thru was busy. Walk in with my husband. We wait a few to order. Niceady working was also running drive thru. We ordered when she had a min and I could hear a customer and her two children over by the drink dispenser area. They were seated right beside it. I walk over to fix our drinks he joins me. Next thing I hear is that lady telling her very young daughter, maybe eight yr old that look at that white woman she's fat, trashy, and has no teeth. I don't know these people. I just had dental work done. You never know what you say to someone and how it will affect them mentally. This woman then threatened to shoot me and my hsuband because we are "one of them" I presume she was referring to our race. And this is sad. What the world is coming to today. We can't walk in a restaurant and order food without someone belittling us, threatening our lives over our skin color and not to mention the way this so called mother talked and acted in front of her babies. Now they gonna grow up thinking it's ok to threat others this way on account of their skin color. The employees were asked to call 911 they laughed at the whole situation and refused to call. Told me to call the police if I wanted them there with this crazy 400 pound woman in my face finger touching my face threatening me andcslling me every name in the book FOR WALKING IN AND ORDERING FOOD. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE LYNCHED ON ACCOUNT OF SKIN COLOR. FOOD WAS GOOD. THE ONE WORKER WAS GOOD. THE REST, NEED TR OBVIOUSLY UNEDUCATED SSINING OR A NEW JOB. AND TO THE SO CALLED "WOMAN" WHO THREATENED OUR LIVES, YOURE A SMALL MINDED, TRASHY, UNEDUCATED, loose and manly type of person. You need to take a step back and take a good long look in the mirror sis.. DONT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL...

I went to this taco bell location not too long ago and had one of the most infuriating experiences with a restaurant. We made an online order for pickup and when we got to the restaurant at the designated time the employees said that there was no online order under the name. We then went to the front and showed the order receipt in which an employee said that they will take care of it but then didn't check in on us for 30 minutes. We went through the drive thru again and this time they did have our online order but after waiting and recieving our food we noticed that half the entire order was missing and despite this the employee did not notify us of our missing food and when confronted about it she said that they ran out of certain ingredients. Despite this we were charged for the full order and she wanted us to leave despite shamelessly stealing our money. When confronted again about the price, she said to talk to customer service online and there was no apology and she was not going to tell us about our missing food and money unless confronted first. This ended up taking an hour of waiting just to not even get our food. I never write reviews like this but this event has crossed the line. Do not go to this taco bell location. The one on Irmo is...
