I was treated extremely poor by the 2 young "managers" Who lied claiming that the man's name was Josh when it turns out it is actually Demarius Bush and the other, a woman. When I asked if he was the manager he said replied "I am now." I went in to tell them we got all the way home to find they gave us a half Hawaiian and half pepperoni. It was ordered as pineapple and pepperoni. Josh immediately argued that the order was told to him as hawaiian. I said no it was not because we dont eat that. I asked if he was going to be able to fix that for us. He said i would have to repay for another pizza. I said i will not pay for another one that they did incorrectly. He argued more that it was ordered hawaiian. I had to get my boyfriend to help me from outside in the car with my hungry kids. The woman then comes and I ask if she is a manager. She said yes. I asked for the manager's name and she writes down the name Josh on the back of an old receipt. I see on the other side The guy that took the order was the Damaris B. I look it up on Facebook and I see that it's the same person I saw in the store. I told them their phone doesn't work. They said they don't answer it because they are too busy. My fiance asked if they know their phone is off of the hook. They tried to not answer by saying "thank you" so he asked again. Do you know your phone is off the hook? They said yes we know. I couldn't even call them to let them know my pizza was wrong and to order another one. They tried playing the card that we were being aggressive because i was speaking in an upset tone of voice. I told them if they would've just fixed the order and treated the customer with respect the argument wouldn't be happening. After being so shocked at my treatment and having no pizza for my kids my fiance got his money back and we will never return to this location since it is a franchise. Do not hire someone as a manager if they don't even know how to treat people with decency. Not to mention they lied right off the bat...
Read moreThe…. Person posing as a human legit profiled me as I walked in. Interesting how not being allowed to speak, about that to his face because….. I’m a white woman who’s ANYTHING but vanilla in real life…. But, looks • he should not be there at all!!!. He couldn’t understand the small size question I was asking so he was VERY rude and made me feel sickened because I’m a woman who’s not of color…… I couldn’t say anything other than, this is horrible customer service you just pushed a loyal customer out of the store. And I’ve been a little Caesars since the 90s.
It’s sad how something so small is asking if you have a small size pizza he literally looked at me like I was asking him something in a different language and I speak English so it was interesting to watch. He removed himself from where I was to help someone else and I wasn’t done yet. Thankfully, my kids were in the car so they didn’t see someone from a different country treat a woman like me like that because of the way I look…. You really need to work on your employees I’m going through a lot and my kid just wanted pizza. I won’t be back. We spent over $60 at round table in the same parking lot and I didn’t even flinch because the customer service was so wonderful. I’ll never come back to your establishment again. That was the worst display of racism and bad customer service I’ve ever seen. I don’t know his name because he wasn’t wearing a name tag, but he was at the front counter and he should be fired. He’s hard to miss. You can’t…. Visibly see his head of hair. I’ve been in customer serve since the 90s, and I’m an empath. I could feel his, distain as soon as I walked in the door and he...
Read moreVery dirty. I’m not a huge clean freak or anything but this place grossed me out. I understand a little dust and a little mess but the floors were just filthy. Everything just looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Underneath the pizza portal has so much built up filth I wanted to gag. My son really wanted the pizza so I ignored it and got the pizza anyways but after one bite we were both grossed out by the horrible taste of the breadsticks. We turned right around and asked for a refund. I apologized many times for wanting a refund even though the lady working the counter could have displayed better service and didn’t deserve an apology. I apologized anyways. She was very rude when I tried explaining the problem with the after taste. She chose to reply in a mocking tone. I slightly mentioned the dirty store. There were other customers there and I didn’t want to cause a big commotion. She didn’t seem surprised by the mention of the store as I’m pretty sure she’s not blind just lazy when it comes to the mess. I don’t see myself going back to this place. I hope they clean the area soon I don’t see how anyone would want pizza from here after looking at the condition of...
