I come to this subway frequently and have never had an issue before. About a week ago I went in and ordered 2 6" sandwiches, 2 cookies and 2 waters. I was charged for 2 extra sandwiches that I did not order nor did I receive them. I went back in about an hour later and was told she could not help me as she did not have the ability to refund my money, and told me to come in tomorrow to get my money back. The next day I went in and was told she was also not able to refund my money and asked if I wanted a free meal or my money back. I chose money back and she told me she would speak to the owner and she would give me a call asap. Over a week later I have had absolutely no communication with the owner, even with my frequent attempts of getting ahold of someone. I even spoke to the manager and was told she would call the owner right then and have her call me immediately. That did not happen. It has been over a week now and all I want is my money back and a call from the owner. I am extremely disappointed with this location...
Read moreI’ve had nothing but positive experiences from the ladies working at this subway. They have always been polite and positive. The store is always clean. I’ve seen them always grab a clean knife and if they don’t have a clean one they have let me know they will be right back with a clean knife. A customer was in line infront of my and had the coupons out, the lady was very polite and let them know this location doesn’t accept coupons and she was very sorry for the inconvenience. The costume started yelling at her and she stayed calm and just kept saying how sorry she was and maybe another location accepts them but she didn’t know which ones. The costumer then went outside and told people not to come to that subway and came back in to let the worker know what he was doing. Her responds was perfect, she said “ I hope you have a great day and that you feel better now. Enjoy the nice weather.” He left even more mad cause she wasn’t upset...
Read moreSo I gave this location a try again and will not be going back number one. They don’t take any of the online coupons, but that’s not my issue. My issue is with the freshness of the bread. I purchased an ultimate BMT not toasted just regular bread as you can see on my receipt and the bread was not toasted when I got it I can tell the bread was super old or have been sitting out because it was just hard not toasted. There’s a big difference Really irritated that I could not enjoy my sandwich because it was just hard bread.
