Ok, so let's talk about Wendy's that prides themselves on quality. We walk in and order at 3:30 pm. We stop at the drink counter where we are greated with a flood covering the entire floor in front of the drinks extending out about 8ft. Hearing a girl behind the counter say we should probably mop up the water and another worker says why? It will just be like that again in an hour or so. WHAT? Next, we try to find a clean table. Now mind you there is only one other customer in the store. All the employees are shooting the you know what behind the counter. Yep, you know we had to clean our on table. The floor was also a complete disaster. Next comes the food. Wow, for not having anything going on you would think we would be getting hot, fresh, food. Nope, first we take the fries back. They tasted like cold cardboard. The sandwich was dry, I tried putting mayonnaise on it. It didn't work. I hated to take it back after the fries. I ended up not eating it. Maybe it had just sat too long. I'm not sure. Last, let's go back to the drink machine. Ugh, honestly it looked like someone threw up in it. I guess you now have the picture. It really is too bad I was not on the board of health or a mystery shopper. Needless to say I am sure the Day break store off of 11400 and Bangerter has lost my business. To top everything off my husband mentions to the counter as we'r walking out that maybe it would be a good idea to clean up the water as it was a hazard and the kids started to argue with him. REALLY? We now have another customer walk in with a group of kids. As we exit I over hear one of the kids say, they should clean up all this water, it's a hazard. Oh goodness! Read moreUgh. Not impressed with this place. I counted 6 employees at 6:30 pm. Long drive thru line so I went in. Took about 16 minutes from walking in to walking out with food (based on receipt time stamp and clock in car). One person making burgers, one working the front, one working drive thru, one checking DT (drive thru) orders, one walking around cleaning, then there was the manager. She pretty much did nothing! While waiting, a lady came in asking for a manager. She asked what's up with the drive thru. "We are having issues with our fryers." Lie! The fryers were just fine. I saw them used with NO issues. The lady said she's been waiting 20 minutes in DT and suggested going over to Chick-fil-A and see how they do it then stormed out. I laughed. Wanted to fist bump her. (I've seen how CFA does it and yes, it's fast and impressive!) The problem was the manager wasn't helping at all! Had plenty of time to observe to come to that conclusion. Three cars that made up the end of the line when I went in were still in line when I left. Then there's the food. What. A. Joke! The Dave's double was great. The "chicken tenders"? Yea. Read moreThis Wendy's needs new employees and new management! I pull up to the drive thru and they clearly were not listening to what I said. I have never had such a hard time just ordering sandwiches. 1 breakfast baconator, 2 sausage and cheese muffins, and I didn't even get to order drinks there because they said pull forward because they were getting frustrated because they weren't listening. And then when I pull forward they ask me "Did you still want the baconator?" And I said "Yes I still want my sandwiches." Do we know what sandwiches means everyone. It's PLURAL. So that means I want all the sandwiches I ordered. And this manager has the nerve to say to my face "I repeated your order to you 2 times" when I said I want other sandwiches after looking in the bag. Is she delusional? Are we on the same planet? Man! It's been awhile since I've had service this bad! I just drove. I don't plan on coming back to this Wendy's because the service is usually mixed at best. Today, it was downright terrible!
