If I could give ZERO stars, I would! We had a party of 8 adults for my son’s birthday, and the experience was absolutely awful. We sat for over 15 minutes before two servers, Aaliyah M. and Alexis, finally came over to take both our drink and food orders at the same time. Alexis was beyond rude and impatient, acting like it was a huge inconvenience for us to even ask simple questions — especially when I asked about placing a to-go order for my daughter who couldn’t attend. She made it clear that if we didn’t order the to-go meals immediately, they wouldn’t honor it later. Even worse, Alexis made an insulting comment toward my son when he asked a question about a soup — implying he was "stupid" and "didn’t learn anything in school." Completely unacceptable behavior! Seven of us ordered salad and breadsticks, and they brought out just one bowl of salad — refusing to bring another until that one was finished. When asked about grating cheese on the salad, Alexis complained that it hurt her arm! Seriously? When the entrees arrived, my father-in-law’s meal was missing. Instead of fixing it, Alexis and Aaliyah just went off laughing and joking with another table. We had to ask another server, Trish, for help. Trish was the only bright spot in the night — she went above and beyond, grating cheese, finding my father-in-law’s meal, and even getting the manager to remove his meal from the bill since he had to sit there and watch everyone else eat. Meanwhile, I had to ask twice for more water, and it never showed up. As for the food itself — complete disappointment. Shrinkflation has hit Olive Garden hard. I paid over $22.00 for a chicken parm that was laughably small (photo attached). To top it all off, when we got the bill, I noticed that the two to-go orders we were forced to order early weren’t even charged. Aaliyah seemed irritated with Alexis over it and blamed her for the mistake. We were handed a bag of to-go food — only to find out later it wasn’t even the right order. Bottom line: This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Disrespectful service, disorganized ordering, poor food portions, and major attitude from staff (except for Trish, who deserves a raise). Olive Garden should be embarrassed. We won't be back.

We had a terrible experience at Olive Garden today. Our server (Makayla) was so terrible. She would just stare at us for minutes and not approach. One of the times she even burped almost on my face. We were seated for more than an hour and still hadn’t gotten our food. We got half the drinks and had to ask for the other half multiple times. Same with our food. When we got our food it was cold. She never offered refills to anyone. We had to ask for everything. We got some lemonades and they were so watered down that we drank just a little bit and then she just came and poured right in top of them instead of changing the cups. When it was time for us to go, she didn’t offer any boxes, and just threw chocolates in our table. No “have a good day” or anything. Just left. It was so sad, we were seeing everyone getting served super quick and other servers seemed so nice, fast and eager to help. We almost even felt discriminated. I would come back just if I get a different server. It was so terrible. We never experienced anything like this in a different location.

Update: Olive Garden reached out to me about this situation and their customer support was very kind and helpful. They responded quickly and appropriately and helped me have a more pleasant experience for future visits. Original post: Not a great experience with this location. Our waitress didn't stop by nearly enough so we ran out of water and bread sticks and weren't able to ask for more because she wasn't around. She also didn't write my meal down so it never got made and I ended up having to get it to go because it took her so long to even stop by again and by the time she did stop by we had to leave. We had also asked for dessert and she'd clearly forgot about it as well, but we had already been there for a while and we didn't want to wait even longer for them to make that. Very disappointed.

If I could rate this place with no stars, I would. This was the worst place I have ever been. First, our waiter was so gross that he came to deliver our waters with a bandaid hanging off his hand instead of being discrete he showed it to us. Then he couldn't take my friends alcohol order because he was too young so the manager had to come take that order. Then the waiter came to take our food order. He then proceeded to show us he was going to put on a 2nd bandaid right there at the table. So gross he took our order the cocktails came time passed and passed around 40 minutes we did get bread sticks but no soups or salad finally waiting 40 minutes we asked where our soup and salads were and he told they didn't have any clean dishes we would need to wait for them to be washed. Now think about it, it's a Thursday day around 2pm when this happened. Not busy at all. Then here comes the waiter with our main dishes and still no soup or salads. I couldn't believe it. I told the waiter to send them back that we wanted the soups and salads first. Then we asked for the manager to come talk to us. We told him that we wanted our soups and salads first. And we wanted him to remake our main dishes fresh he said he would take care of it. As we were eating, there was a red-headed waiter with wavy hair that kept running his fingers through his hair out in the dining area. Then, after a little bit more of a wait out comes our main dishes that had been sitting under the warmer all that time we were eating our soups and salads. We just took them because we didn't have time to wait to have them remake them, but I guess that's how the manager takes care of his customers. "Ha ha, he don't." As we were eating, we could see right into the waiters station. There was either a cook or dish washer, some female wearing a white apron standing in there talking to one of the girls that greets you holding a plate with a big chocolate something with vanilla ice cream just eating away right for all of to see her. Then, to top it all off, the bathrooms were so disgusting. I know they were not cleaned that day. Just to let you know, we will never ever return to this place ever again. I will be calling the corporate...

My husband and I went here for our 2 year wedding anniversary. Should of went somewhere else. Our server was an darker skin lady with a short hair cut and salt and pepper hair. We came in on Saturday at 4:00pm. We immediately order an appetizer and Alfredo sauce for breadsticks. The server brought out our app but no sauce. She said their waiting on alfredo sauce to be made. My husband asked how long and she said just a few mins. Our entrees came out 15 mins later. We ordered the fettuccine alfredo which was weird to us that they had sauce for entrees but not alfredo sauce for dipping? Our entrees weren't even room temp they were cold. Very cold. The server dropped off our food so quickly and didn't bring extra drinks or ask if we needed a refill. She didn't give us any cheese for our entrees either. She comes back over 15 mins later with some watery looking sauce and didnt apologize for the excessive wait time for it. By that time we were finished with our meal even tho I barley touched mine it was cold! She didn't ask how anything was and just goes to leave. I told her I would like this dipping sauce taken off the check at this point. She replied with "but it's never ending". I was like excuse me? Please take this off our check. I am not paying for an appetizer that literally took over 40 mins to be brought out. We are both done with our meal. She seemed visibly annoyed that I didn't want to pay for it. She again goes to leave without saying anything else. Didnt ask about the food or if we wanted drink refills. I had to ask for a bag. Our server was very rude to us. She never thanked us for coming in or said have a goodnight or anything. We planned on getting dessert to go but after that whole experience we just wanted to leave. I am so disappointed with our anniversary dinner that was supposed to be nice. I understand restaurants are busy and things happen but her attitude was completely uncalled for. It was very upsetting that we had this type of experience on a day that was very...
