With a table of 14 The table was set up, it was not packed and there was alot of staff on duty. I love to leave 5 stars on every spot I go to and usually I am blown away at ever tourist spot restaurants i go to but this restaurant has really showed the lack of organization and poor staff training. The customer service was horrible, out of 14 people we only received menus for 4 people. The waiter came and asked for our drinks and I had to ask for more menus. It took him 10 minutes to bring more even though they were literally 10 feet away. The water tasted like nasty tape water ( at least use a filter if you are a upscale restaurant pouring from a glass vase). I went to get drinks for the table at the bar because the waiter was taking long to bring the drinks. When one of us asked what they had to drink he replied with we have beverages in a rude tone (i dont know if he is always like that but this is our first time and out of all the restaurantsthere is to eat we decidedto eat there, show some respect and excitement) , the bar drinks were not good and they were watered down no alcohol taste at all or even the hint of it mostly slush. We waited almost 1.5 hours for the food which we didn't mind because we were talking and having a good time between us. Once the food came out not every one got it at the same time. They had brought like 3 extra fish plates and forgot the steaks. One of us didn't get thier asparagus. The fish looked nice but some did mention that the fish tasted old and not fresh. I tasted it and smelled it and they were right. The blackened fish was pretty good although fish was not fresh. The shrimp didn't taste fully washed. The only really good thing was the fries. The only person that was attentive was one of the bar guys. He was trying to get the staff to move faster and kept asking if we needed anything towards the end. At that point we were done with the service. If you want a fancy spot with fresh fish and friendly people I don't recommend this place. Sad bc the it seemed like a nice spot but it's...

I arrived about 8:30 PM on a Monday night. There were quite a few people in the restaurant and bar area. It took quite a while to be seated and then sometime to have my order taken. It was hard to understand the waitress because of the loud live music and she was a petite young girl with a soft voice, and probably not very comfortable in English. She seemed to be harried And perhaps an experienced. She never delivered any water or the beverage I ordered until I caught her attention quite a while later. The other waiter delivered my meal and there were no utensils on the table. The same thing happened to the person two tables away, and he had to go looking for cutlery. The second waiter did ask if I had ordered a beverage and I told him yes, and that the first waitress went off to get it. She came back while he was there with the water and he asked me about the drink and I told him what I ordered and he said they had run out of that beer on draft And he quickly came back with my second choice. I ordered shrimp fajitas and they arrived at room temperature with the refried beans may be a little cooler than room temperature. There was not much flavor to them. The dinner certainly was not worth anywhere near the cost, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant based on...

Horrible. Seriously overpriced. It's a shame I can't leave zero stars.

Went in on a Tuesday evening with my family. It was empty and we should have left, but we were so hungry. I knew it would be overpriced. I was hoping it wouldn't be nasty hotel food. It was AND it took forever.

My son was served his kids chicken tenders like 5+ minutes after everyone else. Why would you do this to a hungry kid? My $34 NY Strip steaks (ordered medium rare and medium) were less than 1/4 inch thick and grilled to perfect shoe leather. Had to have some generic steak sauce (not A-1) to not choke to death - it was so incredibly dry. Fries were so salty they were inedible. The vodka martini I ordered had a lot of water, no vodka.

I ate it because I was hungry and it was late. But I'm furious and so disappointed. The service was okay though they never asked how the food was - they also know it's horrible.

Save yourself the disappointment of bad hotel food with a steep price tag. Go somewhere,...

Visited in mid-December on a Sunday evening, so we were the only ones there. I had the grilled snapper which comes with one side for $35. It was one of those market price things and I didn't ask, but wasn't expecting a whole fish. This was a treat! Seemed pretty resaonable for a restaurant in a hotel. Most importantly, it was amazing! I didn't bother my wife to photo her burger, but it also was great. Patty tasted like they grind 'em in house from steak trimmings. Fries were great, too. Also, get the bread pudding. While we were the only diners, the gentleman waiting on us did a excellent job. He checked on us the right amount (not too much which can be an unintended consequence of not being busy). Atmosphere nothing special, hotel dining. It was clean and well kept. Very pleasant experience.

Do not expect an upscale experience. The whole experience was very awkward. They brought our appetizers before the dinner rolls, but then didnt bring any plates to eat off. Our dirty dishes from apps were looked at and ignored several times, when we did ask for them to be removed the server said "oh you want these removed, sure why not". When we asked for our daughters tenders to brought out early since we knew our own food would take longer the waiter shouted across the restaurant from our table. We had the chef special of the day, a tomahawk steak for 2, $80 was very telling because the steak low quality and very tough. The bacon wrapped shrimp were dry, the rice was instant it seems and the brussel sprouts were just kind of nasty.
