Las Olas — Restaurant in South Padre Island

We called and made them aware that a group of 14 wanted to go over and eat ahead of time. There was two servers in practically empty inside the restaurant. We were there 2 hours and only half of our group got our food. One of the servers was super lazy and did not help out in expediting the food. I practically had to get up and get my own silverware to for my family that got there food to eat. SPOKE TO THE MANAGER ABOUT THE ISSUES BUT DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT OUR CONCERNS ABOUT GETTING FOOD SERVED IN A TIMELY MANNER. DEFINITELY NOT...

Son ordered Cesar Salad…..no dressing on it but they dropped a large handful of ranch on the table. Daughter ordered tortilla soup and got something only resembling it because of the tortilla strips. It was gross. I ordered fish and chips. They had no malt vinegar and again dropped a large handful or tartar sauce packets on my table. It was super bready. I cut the thing and only the fish flakes out…..the breading was intact. Waste of money and time. Super...

So far I've been here for 1hr 20min for an order of fish tacos. The staff claims to be busy but there has only been about 15 people here, most of which were ordering drinks. They mixed up our credit cards and when asked to switch them back they kept sending the poor server who had no controll of anything to talk to us while the manager hid behind the counter. A lot of my friends have had very similar experiences and I can honestly say this is the worst service...
