My visit to this particular Chipotle was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon arriving, I encountered an employee with a Middle Eastern/Asian background who seemed more interested in making judgments about my food preferences than serving a proper portion size. Despite my polite requests for a reasonable serving, this employee decided to be stingy and refused to provide an adequate amount of food. It felt like a battle just to get what I paid for. To make matters worse, the same employee carelessly failed to properly seal the lid of my bowl. As a result, when I picked up my order and placed it in my car, the contents spilled all over the interior. Black beans were scattered across my passenger seat, creating a messy and inconvenient situation. The lack of attention to detail and basic care for packaging resulted in an unnecessary hassle and cleanup. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, the cashier neglected to provide me with a receipt for my order. This lack of documentation made it difficult for me to address my concerns or provide feedback through the appropriate channels. To top off this disastrous experience, the chicken in my order was shockingly undercooked, raising serious concerns about the food safety standards of this establishment. It was not only an inconvenience but also a potential health hazard. Overall, this visit to Chipotle in South Plainfield, NJ was a complete disaster. The combination of inadequate portions, careless packaging leading to a mess in my car, missing receipt, and undercooked chicken earns this experience a solid one-star rating. I would strongly caution anyone considering dining there to be wary of the poor service and potential food...

Read moreLet me start off by saying I am a DOOR DASHER and am constantly delivering food for their customers. SO FOR ME TO BE TO NOW BE THE CUSTOMER AND HAVE A POOR EXPERIENCE, WHEN I CONSTANTLY OVER-DELIVER A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR THEIR COMPANY, WAS A HURT PIECE. I ordered online for myself an my daughter. When I went to pick it up, it was at the alotted time. When I got ready to eat it and opened the bowl I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED. My bowl was filled way below the brim as if mine was a child's meal. My daughter's was filled lower than a child's meal. I had the "meatless meat" because I am a vegetarian and when I got down to the bottom (which was rather quickly because there was not a lot in the bowl to begin with) THERE WAS BEEF IN MY FOOD. I was upset and I tried to let it go and chuck it up to just one of those meals. I reached out to the website to let them know and after a few days they got back to me, AND TRIED TO MAKE ME SIGN UP FOR THE WEBSITE SEVERAL TIMES TO REDEEM A BUY ONE GET ONE. I did not wish to sign up for their website because I do not go to chipotle often nor do I feel the need to sign up for a company when it was not my fault. It's another way to get emails sent to my account in hopes that I will buy more of the product and the fact that it felt like it was being forced after me telling them I did not want to was A COMPLETE TURNOFF. I really did not want to write a bad review because I am one to give flowers when they are due and I know that people write negatively before they do positively. But I had to do it. I am giving two stars for someone reaching back out to me although it was...
