Atmosphere – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This brand-new Chick-fil-A in Uniontown has been long overdue, and it was well worth the wait. The layout is modern, clean, and very organized. I love the large parking lot, efficient dual-lane drive-thru, and the smart design inside — with clearly separated lines for mobile pickup and counter orders. The dining room was spotless and even features a children’s indoor play area, which is becoming a rarity these days. The entire place feels inviting and fresh. Hopefully, it stays looking this good for years to come!
Service – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As expected from Chick-fil-A — excellent service! Friendly, polite, and very efficient. My order was taken promptly and delivered quickly. The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout. And yes — you can’t beat the free refills and that amazing sweet tea. Chick-fil-A continues to shine when it comes to hospitality.
Food – ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I always go for the spicy chicken sandwich combo with pepper jack cheese — and they nailed it as always. Everything was hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. I’ve visited many Chick-fil-A locations, and this one continues the brand’s tradition of quality. It’s extremely rare I ever have a bad experience — in fact, the only bad one was at the Princeton, WV location. Uniontown, however, knocked it out of the park.
Veterans Discount – 🙌 One thing that truly stood out: this location offers a 50% off discount for veterans. That’s absolutely incredible, and it deserves major praise. Thank you for honoring those who’ve served — it’s gestures like this that make a lasting impression.
👏 This Chick-fil-A was worth the wait. Locals finally have a clean, modern, and efficient spot to enjoy one of the best fast food chains in America. I’ll definitely be stopping by anytime I’m in Uniontown. Keep up the great work,...
Read moreLet me be clear. Love Chick Fil A. The one that I go to is in Washington, Pa. It is a 5 star, quick, to get a meal, no matter how busy. The Uniontown, Pa just opened. I understand that it takes awhile to get organized. I didn't want to place a rating on it yet, but I could not review unless I added a rating. I went through one time since Uniontown opened. I must say the longest wait ever. It was like the people working weren't trained. All the workers should have been made to go visit a Chick fil A where they could see how it operated. Washington, Pa would be the ideal place! First of all what surprised me was that only one person working on each lane taking orders. At other places the workers take several orders going to the cars in line. Also Uniontown has the mobile line on the right side. So when you finally get your order you can move out of line, to the right and leave. You can't do that in Uniontown because the cars picking up their mobile orders are on the right side. Bad planning! Hopefully the Uniontown Chick fil A will improve because people can't wait for an eternity for their meal. I will stick to my Chick Fil A in Washington! I told a boss working there that every teen should be made to work at a Chick Fil A.The workers are trained to be so mannerly, nice and the best! During all the years that I have gone through the drive through, or inside, it has always been a very...
Read moreI've been reading reviews on dining establishments for quite some time now. In almost all of the cases where a place such as this place get bad reviews; it's reflective of the individual, and not the restaurant at all. These people are just genuinely miserable. And we all know that misery loves company. One reviewer , claimed that he got acid reflux. It's not from "old cooking oil" dude. You just refuse to stay away from foods that you're not supposed to be eating. Another claimed their food was cold. Quit yapping, and eat your food while it's still hot and fresh. One person said that it's hard to turn into the drive through and keep from hitting the yellow pole. For real, it sounds like you have lousy driving skills. Back part of the mall is pretty empty. Go practice there. But I digress. Seems people can't take up an issue with the manager anymore. They'd rather spout off in the reviews, and drop three stars or less, just to try and tarnish the image of a beloved restaurant. And unless you died, from a meal at CFA, there's really no cause for a 3 star rating or less. Your review is really not needed, as a matter of fact. The place is pretty busy, therefore; CFA is doing alot of things right. To all of the ones who choose to read the reviews..pay no mind to the reviews with less than four stars. God bless Chick Fil A and it's staff. Uniontown PA is very...
