I had to ASK then to clean it starting off.The Bourdain balls very salty ,extremely dark, they were redropped in the grease. And the popcorn shrimp was salty as well. After speaking with the manager, he informed us ( as if he hadn't ate Boudain before)... oh my ,it's salty, you get the pork and bacon etc..its gonna be salty...thats just the way they are. "I knew THAT was a LIE! My mom ordered pinto beans and they came out NOT EVEN WARM ENOUGH TO BE SAFE TO EAT.... MY Sister informed him of her popcorn shrimp being extremely salty.. oh and he was aware if this AND STILL SERVED IT" Yeah I tasted the shrimp earlier and they definitely overdid it on the salt,I was hoping it wasn't the entire batch but it was"... Then added gratuity without informing us of any sign etc.of %20!!!! Instead of allowing us to tip on our own and I'm a GREAT TIPPER...I TIP...I'M A VEGAS LOCAL,from the city of HOSPITALITY !!!! Read moreI ordered shrimp nachos and they was not what I was expecting. I asked could I change my order because my mind was set on the traditional shrimp nachos. I step out the box a lot; but that wasn't the time. It didn't look appetizing to me. The manger told me that I can't exchange it because there's nothing wrong with it. It was made correctly. I told her I understand that. But that's not what I wanted. She told me that was a $15 meal and I had to pay for it even if I ordered something else. I told her I was not paying for it because I didn't touch it. If a customer is not satisfied with something; we should have the right to order something else. And the business shouldn't have a problem with a satisfied customer. That was my first time there and I didn't plan to have a bad first impression. But she made it an issue. I worked and own a business; sometimes the customers are not always right; but at least try to make them a satisfied customer. Especially when they come to you and address the issue without drama and attitude. So, been there and done that. Don't loose customers by telling them what they have to pay for if they are not satisfied...

We were initially told that it would be a 30 minute wait then we were told about an hour, but if we didn't mind being split up it could be sooner and we were ok with that. I noticed that the deck area was completely empty. After asking for a second time about the deck area they finally decided to sit us there. The waiter brought drinks for everyone except for one person when we asked about it she got a little snappy. So let's move on after waiting at least 2 hours food finally started to come out and this time everyone got their food except for me. After waiting an additional 20 mins my food finally came. When I placed my order I asked for no beans and of course it had beans. I sent it back and decided not to order because I knew it would take to long. No apology or not nothing from the waitress and to top it off my nephews food had 3 strings of hair in it. So here's what I think as long as you have a small party you might be ok but large party they are not prepared to accommodate. Sitting space is limited and the staff could work on having better attitudes. Would I go back? The answer is no I only spend my money where I receive good customer service and that was...
