Update: issue was resolved. I have the 14kt bail installed on Wing pendant. 3.75 stars for the solution
Old post 1 star: I came to Robert Irwin Jewelry base on the excellent review I read . However, I received poor service. The ladies at the counter was nice. Let start there. My issue is on the work. I have a 3 mm Franco necklace d/c in 20 inch and a Wing pendant. The bail on the Wing pendant didn't fit the Franco necklace therefore is the reason I went to Robert Irwin. After receiving the items back, I noticed that the bail shows 10kt not 14kt. I have nothing against 10kt but I wanted the same 14kt bail as the original pendant. So frustrated because I have to wait to receive the pendant again. You don't make this mistake if this what you do everyday. If I was able to notice the difference, I know for fact the jeweler was able to see the difference as well. 10kt and 14kt definitely look different just as 14kt to 18kt and so on.
I will never shop here again base on my experience. All I am saying be careful in where you do business. I don't know if the ladies judge me but I was definitely Scam. If I could do it again, I would never go back. Already paid so I have to wait for the jeweler to resolve the issue for the second time. I will attach a picture as well.
I gotten my jewelry from a company called Jacoje Jewelry and if you are familiar with Jacoje Jewelry they do excellent work. So disappointed. Beware. First time ever doing business with...

My wife and I recently visited R. I. jewelers and bought a set of earrings. She decided to have her wedding ring cleaned before we left. The ring I gave to my wife was my mother's ex husbands wedding ring that he gave her. He passed away in a car accident when they were just married at age 18. I was named after him. This ring meant the world to me and my family. My 78 yr old mother especially. The young lady looked at the ring after cleaning and noticed, sure enough, it was about to lose a couple of the irreplaceable, do not make anymore, diamonds. I looked at it too. It was at any moment the ring would have been ruined. Not so much from damage. But just so old and worn. Not very noticeable by the naked eye either. The gold holding the diamonds was all but gone. In some places it actually was. You see. The ring was made somewhere in Africa about 60 yrs ago. Not replaceable!. They fixed it and I just picked it up. Its amazing the difference. It's like new again! My mother cried when she found out I had it all repaired and fixed. To last another 60 years! I will always take my jewelry here. And I will always buy my jewelry here. My appreciation for taking the time, finding and fixing something priceless to me, can never be repaid. Thank you so much. You all...
Read moreThe sales person who initially approached me was Courtney and she was most helpful. She knew her facts when I was purchasing pearl earrings for my daughter and asked quite a few questions. Then the manager added to our conversation and was so kind. Courtney then told me about the one day showing of jewelry from New York by jeweler Robert Irwin stocks. She showed me several diamonds from the collection. Then the representative for the jewelers joined in and was also showing me diamond rings. Two rings from the collection caught my eye. They were exactly the same in two diamond sizes. Just gorgeous! The manager gave me a wonderful price on the pearl earrings and the diamond ring (I chose the bigger of the two, of course). One of the other sales people wrapped the pearl earrings for me. Everyone working that day was very caring and I felt very important as a customer. Robert Irwin jewelers is my go to store and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank...
