The manager is very rude. She expressed the same rudeness two days in a row. She wasn't very polite and gave off an attitude like she didn't want to be there. Also, another employee told me that an item was a dress when it was actually a shirt. I had to wear an alternate outfit I purchased elsewhere. Ruined my whole brunch experience which was why I purchased it. Also, the lady who rung me up told me about the deals on the jewelery so she picked up a set of bracelets. While I was getting dressed, I noticed that one of the necklaces was broken. When I informed them, the manager said the jewelery was final sale and I was supposed to check it before I purchased. Or maybe you should be able to trust that the merchant didn't give you damaged goods. Also, a lot of their clothing had stains on them and an employee said, "nobody would notice". Unacceptable. There should be no reason why seemingly new clothes...

Me and my daughters were at this location... And the sales associate on the floor had the nastiest attitude... And the manager which is an older lady with dreads didn't show no kind of concern when it was brought to her attention.... I think you need to hire nicer people that don't mind assisting the people!!!!! If I I could give zero stars I would..The cashier was the sweetest... Even the new hire that only been there two days is rude... Only because of the bad seeds that works there...I won't be returning 😒

04/10/2024...This lady is one RUDE INDIVIDUAL...SHE GETS SMART WHEN YOU ASK HER ANY QUESTION IF SHE RESPONDS AT ALL..If you're a decent looking woman...You will get the nastiest...

Stopped today to look for a dress for engagement pictures. The same lady pictured in one of the other reviews sat and watched me wait 10+ mins to try on two dresses, after stating all dressing rooms were full. After waiting 10-15 mins and seeing multiple people come out, I walked to the cashier and that’s when the other older lady stepped in and come to unlock a dressing room and looked very agitated she had to unlock it and even swung open the door and made it hit the back wall. She greeted every person except me and was more than willing unlocking doors for other ladies with a smile. From past reviews and my experience today, I will carry my money elsewhere. this business is...
