Rudino's Pizza & Grinders - Southern Pines — Restaurant in Southern Pines

Its was terrible never going this was our second time there 1st time bad service forgot part of our food and never really come back had to get our own silver ware.talk to a manager and said he would take care of it we go back last night and got kids food late after everyone else ran out of drinks public display of affection with co worker at bar had her bent over the counter talk to manager at this time and he did nothing no expierance employees that are very disrespectful and dressed very low class people ...Employee argueing back at the customer and telling them they where wrong with the manager present and manager ask was there something else he could do for us and just said he was sorry ...the wait staff is very young with out much or if any experience ....we were the only ones inside and there was others out side on patio it still took 40 mins or so to receive our order which was only wings and a pizza (pepperoni with extra cheese ) we also order kids chicken bites with ff and his order was last 10 mins after we had ours .. Ask the sever why was his oder not first her response was you wouldnt want the ff cold ..( really a 5yr old with hot food ) like i said nonexpierance wait staff ....THIS IS UNBELIEVIABLE last time ..So if you want to try it for your self maybe you will have better luck and better service ....if owners have...

They have the best wings and pizza around. We drive 25 miles just for the wings and pizza even though our own town has wings and pizza. The atmosphere on this particular day was not as pleasant as is usual. There were about 2 to 3 employees seemed to be a waitress possibly manager by her appearance and maybe a cook, I don't know, the young man came from the kitchen area. The young lady seemed to be trying to give the young man advice as how to deal with customers, sounded like maybe something happened previously. The young man didn't seem to care or want to listen to her. The employees knew we (customers) were there because they kept looking at us especially when the young man started saying he didn't give a f### what anybody says and that he's not taking any s### from anyone. The conversation went on for a while until the young lady gave the young man the middle finger (smiling) and went in the back. I understand things happen in the work place, however we drive 25 miles to escape from the everyday routines and work related stresses to enjoy ourselves, have a good meal and good company, not to hear profanity and aggression. Take to the back next time. Away from the customers. Rudino's still has great wings and pizza!!!...

Food was excellent! The service was ok, waitress seemed as if she had trouble focusing, forgot to bring silverware or offer napkins (eating wings with sauce ?!?) again food was excellent, actually the best wings that I’ve had in years possibly ever! The sauce was OMG good as well as the ranch dressing being very tasty! Pizza with pepperoni, bacon didn’t disappoint either let me tell you, only critique on it would to have baked it a little less as it was border lining being too done. Thankfully I can eat my that way as well, it was delicious! Fried pickle coating was a little too thick so I personally wouldn’t order those again. again. I’m looking forward to returning and trying something else as well! All of the bread is made in house as well as the ranch! Tea has a great flavor as well!
