Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Southfield

03-29-2025 i am a doordasher and went here to pick up an order. the guy approached me and asked me what can i get for you. i said i have a doordash order and gave him the name on the order. he said the name and said it wrong and i said the last name is a t. he said whats your dasher name i said michael. he then said can you confirm the order and i said well what about this drink on here i need so he said its in the cooler and i said which pop and he told me where to get it and which shelf. i then confirmed the order and started to put the pizzas in my pizza bag and he said can u confirm the order and i said i did and he said ge has to see my phone. i then asked him do people steal your pizzas and he said yes and i said thats hard to believe. i then showed him i confirmed on my phone and asked him if he wanted me to not take the order ill unassign it. he said yes in fact your not allowed to cone back here again well we got into it and he told me to get a real job. whatever bro stop being unprofessional hr must be mad about his job. i will never go back here for work or for personal reasons. i suggest everyone to go to the next closest location which is on coolige in Berkley.

mind you this guy says he is the boss and i find that hard to believe because ive been there a handful of times and never seen him before. it worked out fir me doordash paid me more $ when i called and told them what happened. just a warning for all current and future customers. ...

These people are really, really, really DUMB.You see, my friends and I wanted to order pizza at school just for fun, so we had to have a teacher call this place in order to receive it. We asked our advisor if he could do this, and he of course said yes. He calls them, and we wait FOR AN HOUR AND HALF! We waited, waited, waited and waited at the front lobby area where they were supposed to deliver the food. No one showed up at all. We were all starving, and class was about to start. We had our advisor call them up again, and he asked why they were taking so long. The worker said they waited 20 minutes at the front door and no one showed up! We were there for and hour and a half sitting, anxiously waiting for our food, and no one was there. My advisor told him this information, but he refused to listen and said that they were NEVER going to deliver to our school again. This really just angered me because they yelled at my advisor who was being a very respectful guy and didn't deserve to be yelled at. They also were obviously lying since we waited at the front door of our school where they usually deliver the food. This really just got me so angry to a point where I wanted to write about the experience with this restaurant. PLEASE I BEG YOU DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are lying skunk bags who...

If I could give an negative star, I would. Klye, who I was told is the manager, is so rude. One of the employees entered the incorrect pizza order, after my husband to her numerous times that we wanted an 8 corner pizza. Jet's delivered us a regular large pizza. When we called back to request the correct pizza, the manager Kyle, was extremely rude and began to talk over me. He suggest my remedy for waiting for the incorrect pizza for an hour in exchange for another pizza "didn't work for him?" For him!?!? Never mind the paying customer who waits forever for their pizza for their location EVERY TIME WE ORDER!! It didn't work for him!! He hug up on me THREE TIMES!! And he stated he's the manager!!! Unbelievable!!! I WILL NEVER OREDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!! Kyle needs to be fired!! His pizza making days should be over!! Kyle shouldn't be the manager of a roach motel!! Unbelievable...
