went there to place a take out order for doordash. I verbally told the manager/ owner lady my order which was breakfast omlet and hashbrowns for the side. She then extended her hand to get my phone . I told her that i can't give her my personal phone and I don't allow my personal phone change hands . I told her that she can stare at my screen while I hold the phone , however. She didn't like that, and she refused to take my order. I told her that She shouldn't ask people's personal phone to change hands as she can drop it and cause damage to the phone. Consequently, she will be held accountable for such expensive phones. Also, people's personal phones have sensitive information such as bank information , account and routing number. How dare this woman ask for my personal cell phone and then she gets mad and refused to take my order because I told her I don't change hands when it comes to my personal cell phone. I asked to speak to the manager, and funny enough this immature, child of a woman claimed she is the manager and owner. I am gobsmacked! Of all people, a owner and a manager should be the ones who should know ,more than anyone, that you don't ask a customer's cell phone to change hands. I had already told you the order verbally. You have no business looking into my cellphone. IT IS NOT YOUR PHONE! IT DOESN'T BELONG TO YOU! After that, I started recording. I asked her why she is refusing to take my order. She wouldn't answer. Because she knows her answer would be pathetic for people to hear. You have absolutely no business in being in the customer service industry or owning a restaurant. You do NOT have people skills and you do not know how to talk to people. You are a poor excuse of a restaurant owner and a manager. You are rude and wanted to violate privacy and possibly steal my bank info from my phone. Otherwise, what business do you have trying to look into my personal cell phone? That's probably why you wanted me to give you my phone. When i refused, you got mad. It you didn't have bad intentions, you wouldn't gotten mad and refused to take my order. I think you probably racist toward Asian people too. That's probably another reason you refused on top of my not...

Read moreThis place has horrible employment practices and i didnt even start working here. I was supposed to come in and train today. I have experience in coney and carry out. During my interview apperantly my experience doesnt count. She wanted me to start at squate one, ok cool im ok starting easy when i know what im doing so i didnt say anything. She called me to come in and train and i asked about the pay for the job, she said i will assess what you know when you come in to train. Ok i guess. But it wasn't adding up so i called before i came in to train and asked what the pay is again, she says "well the pay is different for training and waitressing and i dont really handle that idk who does" (but she answered the phone saying this is the manager Gina so definitely a lie), "so how much do i get paid to train?" "Well idk, my husband handles that, you have to train and talk to him when he comes in at the end of the night. I have other girls waiting so i dont want to waste your time or mine." I said ok thats fine and hung up. (But i was definitely the first to get an interview for having experience so why the run around). Know your worth. Do not let someone try to underpay you. Because what would have happened is i come in and train, i would have been doing all the work, she makes it difficult to do things and is rude and prickly, then tells me i only get $2/hr...
