My last two experiences here has been horrible both times my orders were incorrect if you order garlic parm they sprinkle Palm over the naked wings and send them out the door every time I call in the same young lady answered the phone and say that the management is at lunch right now because they know that the service is horrible looking at some of the comments the owner pick and choose the ones he answered back to and then tell you to email them so they can make it right no let me put my cash app down below you can cash out my money back I will never come back into the place I have a much better experience at the wing snob on 5 Mile in Livonia the price for these meals are just ridiculous $18 and you get the order wrong then you charge for ranch and don't even put it in the bag come on thinking about coming up there and doing a live stream and showing people not to ever come here I try to patronize places when I walk in there's people that remind me of myself but I have to be honest every time I do that I'm disappointed every time but I will say when I go to Livonia there's a young girl at the counter that reminds me of my daughter but when I look in the back those Indians back their handling business have not had one complaint yet and if I did they get it straight right then and there no you can email us and we will make it right my ass stop ripping people off taking people money giving...

They gave me like 4 ice cubes for the drink. The pop was warm. I asked for more ice and they refused indicating it was pre-distributed for each cup. Basically an āoh wellā knowing the pop machine was broke and serving up warm drinks. Wings were not good. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan. Next to no seasoning and bland. I make better wings in my air fryer. Could have gotten a better meal at McDonalds for a 1/4 of the price. Donāt try and eat inside eitherā¦itās 100 degrees in there. Absolute waste. If you canāt afford to operateā¦things like ice, seasoning, cold drinks and air conditioningā¦..shutdown!!! Management is clueless and resolved nothing. Surprised I didnāt get charged for a napkin. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hate that I am forced to leave this bad review but on 12/24/20 (Christmas Eve), I placed an order on the app. When I arrived, a young lady, who I now know is a manager named Shawn, told me that she did not have my order and they were closing. I explained that I already paid for the food and Shawn told me that I would need to request a refund online (which I did). I never heard back. Since then, I visited the restaurant again and was told by an employee that I could still get my meal replaced but I needed to talk to a manager and there wasnāt one there at the moment. I patiently awaited an email response and fast forward to today when I called and spoke to Shawn. She tells me that she never told me that that I had to request a refund online, that itās ābeen 2 monthsā and that I would have to talk to her boss Shanika in the morning...Iām hoping that this can be resolved; I just want the food that I paid for...
