This is the worst Chic Fil A location I ever been to!!!! This is my 3rd time coming to this location and each time they have messed up my order. It's as if the workers don't even know their own menu. They never give you utensils when you order Mac and Cheese. I was also overcharged because the worker thought I wanted a meal and then there's a long wait time to get them to correct my order after they messed up. AVOID AT ALL COST! WORTH THE DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!! Too much problems and a hassle. It's been 15 mins and I'm still waiting for the grilled bbq chicken sandwhich lettuce wrap I ordered.
UPDATE: I ended up having to go inside after 20mins due to them forgetting about me. Once I received my order I realize they still messed it up again. At this point I just left. Never experienced something like this in my life. I will post pics of what I ordered vs what I got for reference. First pic is what I got and 2nd pic was what I ordered. I just wanted to try the new grilled sandwich and instead of buns I wanted lettuce for buns.

Upon arriving to pick up our anticipated feast, the store was unaware of it. Panic set in as I had 30 excited people at the salon waiting for Chick-fil-A. However, the incredible team at Chick-fil-A reassured me, saying, "Don't worry, we'll put it together; it'll just take 30 minutes." They truly saved the day!
Despite being a fast-food place, they flawlessly assembled 400 nuggets, wraps, cookies, and four trays of Mac and Cheese, creating a perfect catering meal for us. In that moment, feeling like I couldn't do anything right and fearing disappointment for my team, the Chick-fil-A team smiled and happily came to our rescue. I wanted to give my team a special day, and thanks to Chick-fil-A, it turned out to be just that.

Read moreI really love Chick-fil-a. Most of the food is really really good. I have to be careful because I have food allergies but the good stuff makes it easy to deal with. My only complaint with them is the spiderweb of lanes to go through the drive-thru; it's like life-size Bumper cars! . If I had a new car I would not take it within 10 mi of that place the traffic is just so bad and that's in the parking lot. Also I have had more errors going thru the drive-thru. In Newington I went through the drive-thru and instead of the 2 orders of their chicken tenders, they gave me one and a sandwich with my allergens all over it. So if I wanted to fix it I'd have to get out of the car which defeats the purpose of the drive-thru. Then you play dodge car and hope you make it into the building and join another line, while the food in the car slowly cools to cardboard.
