Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Southlake

This place is disgusting and dirty with trash on “clean” tables and messy office supplies/laptops on unoccupied tables. Does the manager not have an office?? They seem to have no respect for their customers or themselves. They served food with a large bone, or a tooth, in it—I had to spit the bite out of my mouth.

I showed it to them on the napkin and the way they responded was unbelievable. They tried nothing at all to make it right, didn’t even give back the coupon that I used. I asked if there’s anything they could do, for the disgusting experience that they had caused. The manager on duty was a very young man who didn’t seem to be taking things seriously.

He offered a weak, fake, apology, and all of the staff ignored me for the rest of the time. He seemed surprised at even the thought of wanting to take care of the meal for serving a dangerous piece hidden in the food.

Don’t support this business that only cares...

Basically many variations of chicken salad along with a few other options. I tried the classic chicken salad on toasted wheat bread & added lettuce, tomato & mustard. It was flavorful and felt the portion size was good. Came with a good size pickle spear and chose the fruit cup as a side. The fruit cup was substantial and actually contained fresh fruit. Iced sugar cookie was pretty good. Meal was just over 16 dollars including a large drink and cookie, so pricing is consistent with other similar restaurants. I like that they play country music. suggestions

Noticed it’s not as clean as when they first opened in terms of crumbs, the drink stations and booths and table cloths being wiped down … I think it might be a staffing issue.

I had never been to a chicken salad place before, and actually had never ever had chicken salad. I went with my wife and was pleasantly surprised. I had just a jalapeño chicken salad sandwich and another scoop of a dill chicken salad. Very good on both and the sandwich was really filling, it’s $9.99 for the normal combo meal with the extra scoop. It was two dollars more for me overall a really good price for what you get. Parking is a bit light off lunch time crowd fills up locations and I didn’t want to park at church. So I did have to walk all the way around the building but I could use that as my daily exercise service was fantastic very enthusiastic group.
