Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Southlake

This was the first time my husband and I went to a Cold Stone Creamery and we were not disappointed at all!!! Their selection of different flavors is impressive! And the cakes were so pretty!!! I was surprised at how quick the service was! We walked in and ordered and not even 5min later we were holding 2 LG milkshakes. My husband got a vanilla milkshake and I got a cotton candy milkshake. Both were really really good!!! Some milkshakes are a little too sweet in my opinion and too thick but not these! We were able to drink them immediately & they weren't too melty, just pure perfection! The store looked great inside! The tables and chairs were clean and no trash on the floor or anything. The bathroom was clean too and it also smelled good! Well the whole place smelled amazing actually! We can't wait to go back! Do not go here for take out. My wife ordered ice cream. When I arrived exactly the time that they said it would be ready it wasn’t ready. He said I’m working on it. 10 minutes later they are yelling and chasing someone down in the parking lot accusing them of stealing and possibly me. I was on my phone and just had 4 men yelling at me about ice cream. I felt like it was maybe everyone’s first day working ever. They accused me of stealing then they found out after 20 minutes that they just didn’t make my order. A hour later from ordering still no ice cream. I left and sent my wife back. Cold stone has always been a favorite of ours, not just for their delicious ice creams but also for their sinfully sumptuous Midnight Delight cake and other chocolatey offerings. And this location has become our new favorite go-to spot for post-dinner indulgences, not just for their flavors, but also for their fabulous location and wonderful customer service.
