Extremely disappointed. I had placed an online order for delivery and when I called to check on it the lady who answered the phone said she didn’t think they did deliveries. When you can literally deliver on the app. She then handed me the phone to someone else who said that they will check on it for me and let me know that the DoorDash delivery person is the reason why the order is messed up. But if I wouldn’t have called I would’ve never known. So then I asked OK will I be getting a refund since I never received the drink she said yes sent me an email saying that it should be on my account 1 to 3 days… I called up there Tuesday to let them know I still have not received it and this issue was on a Friday. The lady said oh no worries call back tomorrow by the end of the day or Thursday if you do not receive it and we will get it tracked and figure out what the issue is. I called Thursday morning to let them know I still have not received anything. The man on the phone had no customer service experience while he was talking to me seemed like he was exhausted and tired at 7:20 AM was not able to help me and told me to call back Saturday. DO NOT GO TO NEKTER IN SOUTHLAKE
On Friday my son went to Nekter and ordered a bowl with substitutions for his food allergy. They took his order and said they would accommodate his substitutions and it was even printed on the receipt. However, the staff did not follow the instructions and put peanut butter instead of almond butter in his bowl. He was very ill after this mistake!
After complaining to the manager and asking for the owners contact, he returned my call but didn’t ask how my son was feeling or even offer an apology for the mistake on the order. He was in fact very rude and interrupted me to state “our staff is not responsible for any food allergies of any kind and all customers are responsible for policing their own allergies.”
We have eaten there many times without incident. But this time they were careless and reckless with the substitutions.
I know they cannot guarantee food allergy concerns, but they should at least train the staff to follow the instructions on your order if they are going to allow for the allergy substitutions.

I call the store to let them know it’s not working and a lady says it’s because they close at 7 and I can’t place an order online after 6:30. I told her it’s 6:22. She says “that’s strange, it should be working”. I ask if I can place the order by phone and she says they aren’t allowed to take orders by phone. I said okay, well I’m in a rush and can’t order online, I’m on the way now, can you please take the order for just one bowl? She replies “no, I can’t take orders by phone but I can make it for you when you get here.”
