WARNING DON'T GO HERE. If I could give less than a 1 star and still share the word I would but just to clarify it's not even one star rated. I'm in the top 20% of Google Raters and do not recall ever having to give such a negative review before this one. Food was below any standard Tropical Smoothie we have ever visited. Terrible staff who I found was the stores assistant manager was so distasteful with us when we asked for our food to be fixed then refused a refund for the food they wouldn't fix. Oh and if you have a fruit allergy and want a smoothie with your food they will charge you for substituting fruits. Every other Tropical Smoothie we have visited says there is no extra cost to substitute fruits and only a charge for us to add in extra (more than the quantity on the menu) fruits and veggies. I was told the only way I would get a refund was through the manager and that I'll get the refund the next day. Still no refund a week later and I contacted the store manager multiple times. We are insanely ignored and they give terrible customer service. We visit tropical smoothies in every city we visit and this one gave them all a bad name. I ordered the banana, peanut butter pita, like I had countless times before but this time it had little to no peanut butter or honey on it. When I asked if she could just add a little more peanut butter, Bella, the emoloyee working at that time said she would “have to charge me.” When I asked for a new sandwich made the way they normally are she said she would also have to charge me. When I asked for a refund because I did not want a dry sandwich she said I can expect a refund in 3-5 days without providing me any form of paper receipt or proof that she was going to ever do anything with that request. She was unbelievably condescending and felt like she was almost taunting me. Read morePlaced a order online January 2nd 2025. Called less than 5 minutes later to cancel order. Order was cancelled. Called in two days later to ask when a refund would be issued. Told to wait a couple days. January 16th 2025 call in to ask for Manager Gina and worker say she's not in. I leave all my info along with my phone number and ask worker to repeat my phone number back to make sure she is taking message. She repeats it back. January 17th 2pm no call from the manager Gina so I decide to call and see if I might be able to get ahold of Gina. Gina answers phone and she says she got no message. She remembers me and the cancellation and that someone up the chain must not have done what they were suppose to do to issue a refund.
