Nam’s massage is a new massage place in Southlake. I am so happy that Nam decided to open her business here. I have been looking for someone who has experience in traditional Thai massage since we moved here 6 years ago. This is the best massage I have had locally. I had the combination massage (Swedish and Thai) on my first and second visit - and the experience was consistent both times. Working from home for a year resulted in boulder sized knots on my back/shoulders. After my first appointment, my back and shoulders felt so much better.

What drew me to this place? Thai massage - pre Covid, I got a massage regularly, and have been to places where they specialize in Thai massages (including Thailand). Nam has experience and knows the parts of the body to stretch and the pressure points to release tension. Don’t judge her stature on how much pressure she can give you, she is very strong.

Communicating with Nam - it’s easy to book online, confirmation email is sent right away. A text message is sent to help you find the location closer to your appointment time. She is very welcoming, attentive and professional.

Cleanliness/facility - the room is immaculate, the massage table is warm (you can request to turn it off), she has a diffuser with a pleasant scent and a sound machine that is very soothing.

If you are curious about Thai massage and want to give it a try - this is a great place to go, communicate with Nam what pressure you prefer and what you are comfortable with. If you have had great Thai massages in the past and are looking for a great one locally - look no further.

Wow! That was one of the best massages I've ever had! I did 2 hours because I was in pain, had sore hip and sore shoulders and neck. Too much sitting at my desk and long days of travel had me in knots. My therapist was Mai and she is tiny, and I love a deep tissue massage so I was not sure when I walked in if she was going to be strong enough. Well, wow, she was incredible! She actually walked on my back and massaged me with her feet, it wasn't weird or gross it was like having a 4 handed massage, she got deep into my hip and shoulders I've never had anyone be able to find the right spot that hurt. Somewhere in the 2 hours I think I fell asleep I was so relaxed. She stretched me and it was a mix of hot stones and oil and well.. I guess I'm still in euphoria as I just left. I get massages all over the world when I travel. I always worry that I'll pay a lot of money and the massage will not be good. This was the opposite. It was such a great value! After reading the reviews, I thought I knew what to expect. After receiving the massage, my expectations were blown out of the window. That was the most phenomenal massage I’ve ever received. She has an aptitude to touch and find trouble areas, and work them through thoroughly. I’ve never received any type of Thai massage before this; the body work performed using her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into an array of stretches was SO impressive. I felt relief in places I have a hard time releasing myself, and tender spots in areas I didn’t even know were tight. I am a firm believer of what Nam does, and a new loyal customer as often as I am able to be.
