My review is strictly regarding the meal and does not reflect the service nor the cleanliness of the restaurant. Visited in a Saturday early evening. Had the tomato basil soup, signature pasta with a glass of wine. Companion had the grilled tilapia with potatoes. I do not recommend the signature pasta nor the soup. I was disappointed to find the signature pasta is a dished served cold. Nonetheless I gave it a shot; found the dish very boring and something I can make at home and be just as displeased. Regardless of the temperature of the dish, it's basically penne pasta and cubed chicken breast tossed in a balsamic dressing over a bed of romaine lettuce with three leaves of spinach sprinkled with diced fresh tomatoes. The tomato basil soup may be made from scratch but it is served to you luke warm with two small pieces of pita. Perhaps I ordered the wrong items. But because their marketing focused on the soup and pasta, the restaurant should focus on better dishes, that is, if they have something better to serve. My companion did enjoy the fish and potatoes. The total of our meal was $41.98 including tip. Don't waste your money here for a meal. I would recommend you seek out Little Greek instead.

OKAY TAZIKI’S 🔥 👌🏻 I drove by here the other day and was curious about it, so I looked it up for lunch today and was hesitant over some of the reviews… However I was absolutely impressed with the Gyro! I’m a Gyro fanatic, so I love trying gyros from all over!! The Lamb Gyro with a side and chips was perfect 👍🏻 good size! Plenty of meat, delicious tzatziki sauce made it divine! My side of asparagus was great, this was awesome because most places don’t have asparagus on their menu so was surprised to hear this was a side option. I ate most of it before the picture LOL was great Packaged to keep warm until I got it home and it was soooo delicious! Spent $13.50, plus added a tip for lunch today. I’d recommend to my friends and family, and will be back to try your other dishes! Sincerely, A Happy and Satisfied Customer ☺️

The lamb gyro was possibly the best I've ever had in some ways. The lamb was very lean and not greasy. Exceptional flavor, the taste of grilling coming through perfectly and brought a an amazing freshness. The tomatoes and sauce were really amazing, the sweetness of the tomatoes was not overpowered by the taziki sause. That's said, the gyro's balance itself should be favored with more meat and needed a little more meat. A ratio of 70/30 would be ideal for me. My wife had the lamb/beef gyro and it was pretty good as well but a bit more greasy than my lamb gyro. The basmati rice was nice and light and enhanced the gyro's taste near perfectly. If I lived in this area , Taziki s would be a weekly must.

On June 13th, I placed three orders for takeout on the phone from your establishment. The items I ordered were: Salmon Feast with white rice and Mediterranean salad. Shrimp Feast with potatoes and Greek salad. Harissa Gyro with potatoes. I am consistently impressed by the quality of the food I receive when I dine at your establishment. I believe that this is a testament to the dedication and expertise of your culinary staff. While I have also enjoyed my lunches at your establishment, the food quality has not been as high as during dinner. I would like to express my gratitude for the training and development opportunities that your establishment provides to its employees. This is evident in the exceptional work that the kitchen crew and cashier have been performing. Please pass my note to them. Thank you for your continued efforts to provide a high-quality dining experience. One additional observation I made regarding the order checker was his exceptional communication skills. When he encounters any issues with an order, he promptly addresses the kitchen crew in Spanish to ensure that the order is accurately prepared. This unique approach to work ethic is highly commendable. The kitchen staff exudes a positive and enjoyable atmosphere, consistently prioritizing the quality of all orders, not only mine but also other customers. This experience has motivated me to return more frequently and explore the diverse menu offerings. The culinary skills of the staff are truly remarkable. I commend Tazikis for its ability to attract and retain such a talented team, as evidenced by the exceptional service I received...

The manager at this location needs intensive training in customer service ASAP. After experiencing an issue with one of the food delivery apps, he was less than helpful over the phone. As I explained my situation and expressed my concerns with the order, he rudely hung up the phone. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager, I encountered a defensive, unprofessional and extremely catty behavior on his part. He confirmed he was the manager, so I asked to speak to the General Manager, or someone higher in rank to which he replied “I am the general manager.”

I was not provided with any guidance or direction to address my complain. Instead, “the manager”fueled an unprofessional exchange of words to which after a few seconds I decided not to participate.

It is very disappointing that a restaurant has an employee who is extremely rude in charge of dealing with customers and other personnel. I am dissatisfied with the treatment I received today and I am confident they can do a lot better.

The incident took place on 08/15/2024 at 12:28pm and the order I had issues with was for a company event that I typically host twice a month. I have ordered from this store in the past and never had problems with any of their employees. Going forward, I will not waste my time or my company resources using this location....
