I cannot tell you how many times this restaurant has messed up my order by different employees. It’s constant. Just the other night, I ordered a $10 Cobb salad. I double checked that it came with ranch. The man answered back that it comes with caesar. I told him that there is something in caesar dressing that gives me an allergic reaction. What came in the bag? Caesar dressing. Not to mention, the chicken was cold as if it was directly out of the fridge and the warm bacon was missing too. For a $10 salad, I am highly disappointed.
Therefore, the next day I returned to see if they could remedy their mistakes… only to find that ONCE AGAIN THE RESTAURANT CLOSED WELL BEFORE CLOSING TIME. this has happened to me SO MANY TIMES! I drive up for dinner and they tell me that the grill has been cleaned and shut down, before closing time.
Or my favorite excuse : we don’t have enough staff therefore we cannot serve you. Then why is any employee even there earning their hours if they cannot serve any food.. to milk the clock?
This location is deplorable. If I had the GM’s contact info, he/she would get an earful.
It used to be well-run and organized. Now it is just a disappointment. I used to eat a Wendy’s $10 salad everyday for years. Now, it only irritates me to see...
Read moreThe people here have generally been nice. It’s the food/beverages that are the problem.
Something needs to be done about the food and handling of this place. Last year between November-December I came a lot. But every single time I’d get so sick. I stopped and didn’t come back until maybe February. Again super sick I had to leave work early. Cold sweats, nausea, brain fog. Today I decided after MONTHS of not going I would get just a soda not even their lemonade.
I am sweating, brain fog, nausea, etc. From just a soda? Everything else I’ve had today I prepared myself and ate the exact same the day prior. This was the only difference and it’s happened before.
Food borne illness is rampant, why risk the safety of others along with yourself? Wouldn’t you want to go to McDonald’s or literally anywhere and expect it not to make you sick? I rarely, make reviews. But it’s insane to me that over the course of a year, each and every time I’ve attempted to trust this specific Wendy’s I’ve gotten sick.
Do better! It’s not worth reporting unless you guys don’t attempt to take food safety seriously. Plus, seems like a management issue based on previous reviews. Maybe that’s something...
Read moreHost Paul, who also was uniformed as the manager, I ordered the $6 biggie bag, he wouldn't substitute the fries for baked potatoe, the drink for a frosty, I travel from Dallas, to Austin, to San Antonio, and then to the bay area California for work few times a month, I've never experienced this at any wendy's in the past 5 years except at this wendy's, then he makes a comment that no of his drinks are working because carbonation is out ( but he refused to substitute the drink), also mentions that I could've ordered in the app and it would allow me to substitute everything, (too late now) tells me after I pay for it and transaction is complete. Really ridiculous, lastly he makes a comment that the ice cream (ftosty) by itself is $3, I'm thinking like what does the price of anything have to do with him, he's getting paid by salary and or hourly so why was that comment even necessary.
I just cannot believe how someone with that attitude becomes a manager. Very...
