My wife and I love the Roxberry product, but this Spanish Fork location has to have some of the most unhappy and slowest workers in the food industry. We've experienced this multiple times, but keep coming back and just ordering online and showing up 10 mins later than it says it'll be done so that we're close to getting the order when we get there. But today my wife was sick and so I made a special trip for her. What should've been a quick in and out turned into me sitting in the corner for 35 mins and then having to go up to the counter twice before they even started to make my order. Then when I got home to my wife her smoothie (the pb blast) was like chocolate water, no thickness to it at all. My smoothie still had the same quality we love, too bad my wife doesn't like my passion paradise love and we could've traded. When they finally got me my order (after 3 people who ordered after my even walking into the store 10 mins after my online order pickup time) I was understandably frustrated and mentioned that I'd been waiting for 45 mins and then the 2 people at the register walked out behind me. No offer of compensation or sincere apology from the workers. I guess they just lost 2 customers so they were probably happy I'd mentioned it so they had less work to do. We want to keep coming back because we love this place, I just hope management can get some customer oriented...

I walked in and was the only one there to order and there were 2 employees, one had a name tag named shaylee and she was the only one actually working out of the 2. Shortly after placing my order, 2 more customers followed about 3 minutes apart from each other. One gets their order place and the other doesnt. A few more minutes go by and the employee with no name tag had her boyfriend come in, then followed by a third customer. This employee takes her boyfriends order and ignores the lady who arrived before him. Shaylee was working on a to go order the entire time the no name employee went around to talk to her boyfriend. Finally this no name employee takes orders and begins to starts making drinks, the lady that ordered after me received her drinks and left. The next drink that was made was to the no name employees boyfriend and the next drink out was to the second lady that ordered after me. I received my drink 26 minutes after ordering when 2 more employees came in for their shifts. When I got it the lid was not on and was leaking. I recommend just going to starbucks or going to the orem location, the time to get the smoothie would be about the same wait as...
Read moreI ordered a peanut butter blast, where it CLEARLY states “almond milk” in the ingredients list. I saw the worker put regular cows milk in and asked about it. She said that she did in fact put regular milk in, and that the manager has asked them to use regular milk, even in menu items that should actually have almond milk. (sounds like they’re trying to save money) I cannot have regular milk, which is why I order what I do. I was SHOCKED that they would switch out cows milk for almond...especially when I wasn’t made aware. If you have any allergies, avoid this location - or at least make sure they are using the ingredients that they should. I did, however, really like the sweet girls working there.
