Quick Quack car wash is a complete rip off. Doesn't clean the front of your car. Attendant said "Ya, we know. Our system is a very high end system but it does miss the front of some cars like this...there is nothing we can do about it but don’t feel bad, it happens to the back of some cars too”. I pointed to the Quick Quack sign so prominently displayed that states “satisfaction guaranteed or we'll wash your car again”. I once again expressed my dissatisfaction and told him they need to take down that sign because it is FALSE ADVERTISING and no one has offered to wash my car again and I’m definitely dissatisfied! His response” Well, we could send you through again but all we can do is just spray more bug spray remover on the front of your car but that’s really not going to do anything, so you’d have to wash it by hand after that anyways”. I replied: “I’ve owned my own company for 30 years and if I or any of my employees ever talked to customers the way you are talking to me or if we couldn’t provide the service that we promise or guarantee, we would have been out of business years ago!” The conversation went back and forth, me being told over and over "there's nothing we can do and try calling Corporate". Frustrated and discouraged I pulled out of their parking lot with my PARTIALLY CLEANED car as I passed their signage that states “Our CLEAN CAR GUARANTEE means you always look good & leave happy”. I’ve been a Quick Quack Car Wash member for a couple of years and have tried both the Good and Ceramic (top-tier) washes, rotating between them depending on the season. While it’s convenient and quick, the results are often underwhelming—especially for the price.

With the Good wash, it often feels like the water just runs over the dirt without actually cleaning the car often times leaving the car still dirty… I’ve considered going through multiple times to just to get the dirt off, but I’m often in in a hurry so I never have…. At least the car is slightly less dirty than when I came in.😔 Even with the Ceramic wash, I’ve frequently left with soap residue or water spots still on the vehicle, which is frustrating considering it’s supposed to be their best option.

I’ve also had multiple vehicles on the same membership. They used to offer a better discount for that, but now there’s hardly any savings—so there’s not much incentive to add a second car. It’s also been disappointing that they don’t offer any kind of law enforcement discount, which many other places do.

A year ago my driver mirror would have broken off if it hadn’t had a built in bending mechanism on it I came out of the car wash with my mirrors facing me in the drivers seat
