Wiggy Wash customer service and care is absolutely awful. I re-activated my pass and less than halfway through the tunnel the whole car wash shut down and would not let people through. I pulled back around and asked to cancel my pass and get a refund since I was in need of a wash that day. I was told I couldn’t get a refund but I could reach out to customer service. So I did. I was directed to a live chat where I voiced my concerns. The response I got was that I would receive an email with help. No such thing as live chat - first lie. I waited three days no email. Finally I submitted a cancellation and voiced my concerns in the comments. I was then reached out to and asked for my barcode number. More days go by with no response. When I finally get one I’m told because I submitted a cancellation that there’s no refund they can give me because the PASS HAD USAGE- second lie. Now I’m out $40 because their customer service doesn’t care enough to help its customers. It’s so hard to get a hold of anyone but so easy for them to take your money and keep billing you. I have not got a single wash this billing cycle yet they are telling me I have. Wiggy wash has the worst customer service and sometimes you don’t get response. I’m very disappointed that a company this large that makes that much money wouldn’t issue a refund where anywhere else would’ve done it no questions asked. I will never recommend a wash here- it feels like a scam. Not to mention the car matt washer is ALWAYS broken. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to...
Read moreOh, Wiggy Wash and young attendant MYA, you magnificent, sudsy temple of automotive purification!
From the moment I rolled up, my dusty, bug-splattered car trembling in shame, I knew I was about to witness something legendary. The neon lights glimmered like a gateway to Valhalla for vehicles. A staff member named Mya greeted me with the kind of energy you’d expect from someone who just single-handedly saved a litter of kittens and still had time to make your day better. Her smile alone could buff out minor scratches.
As I entered the tunnel, the brushes descended like shimmering gods of foam, swirling around my car in a choreographed ballet of cleanliness. The soap smelled like the tears of angels mixed with fresh mountain rain. My car, once a mobile dumpster of road grime, began to glow brighter than my future.
When the dryers hit oh, the dryers! it felt like standing on the edge of a hurricane made entirely of luxury. I half expected a choir to start singing. And when it was over, my car didn’t just look clean it radiated confidence. I swear I heard it whisper, “Thank you, Mya.”
Wiggy Wash isn’t just a car wash. It’s a spiritual experience. Mya is the high priestess of shine, the queen of clean, the Michelangelo of microfiber towels.
11/10 — I would let Mya baptize my car...
Read moreI signed up for an Extreme membership and only had to pay $5 the first month, and the employees were not pushy but were helpful and answered any questions that I had. There was an issue at my signup with the computer system they were using, and the employee told me that she would take care of it. The issue is that I never signed anything or knew what I was agreeing to, which is my own fault. I never received any email or text message confirmation about my membership. I used my membership 3 times, but didn't notice anything that special about the Extreme wash. In fact, there were bugs and some streaks that it couldn't get out, even after two washes. I wasn't very impressed with it. I cancelled my membership using their online forms on July 13, and they say to give them a 7-day notice before your bill date so that they can cancel the membership before charging the card again. My bill date was August 2, and they charged me anyway. I called them and they were able to resolve it, but told me that the person who initially handled my cancellation request simply didn't do it. For a car wash company that relies almost solely on membership payments, they need to better to train their employees on how to...
