I needed a spare Smart key FOB and key for my push button start 2014 Toyota Sienna. The Brent Brown Toyota dealer quoted me $300 for the key FOB $110 for the programming and $90 for laser cutting the key.
I called these guys and they told me the laser key cutting would be $15 and the programming would be $40. Since they had to order the smart key fob from a dealer; it would be $250.
On eBay I had found a refurbished "virgin" smart key fob which had been reset to factory settings for $107. I asked her if I could use that and she said it would be fine but that in her experience they worked only about 80% of the time.
Since the Ebay seller offered a guaranteed refund if it didn't work, I took the risk and ordered it. When we took it into AM PM the entire process of cutting and programming took 10 minutes and it all worked perfectly!
In the end I spent $107 on the fob, &40 on programming and $15 on the keu. AM PM saved me $340 off the dealer. Thank you for a great experience!!!

Read moreReally unfortunate today, needed to get a key fob programmed for my Mom's Nissan Murano. Unfortunately it didn't work, not their fault. But now the original key fob that she had working won't work. They charged her $50 with her new key fob unable to be programmed and now her old key fob won't work (this fob was working when she went in) she left your store with her key situation in worse shape and refused to return because of how unfriendly the woman was, not the price but how unkind you were. Think about that for a minute.
Look I am sure you deal with some really tough situations, my mother was not one of them. She chose not to wait because of how rude you were.
She has no problem paying the right price for key fob to get the situation fixed. But the attitude you gave and your inability to be kind and professional made that not an option. I would not suggest this company to anyone. Honestly, go anywhere else. I hope you choose to do the...
Read moreMy key fob stopped working the other day, so I brought it in to get a new one programmed. The car ended up having all sorts of problems: locks were old and tricky, so they took them out, serviced them and put them back in; car's computer was confused and didn't want to synch with the new key, but they figured it out; old key was physically worn enough that it didn't work well as a template, so they locked up the lock's manufacturer, got the template and cut a new one from scratch. Then they charged me just for the new key. I asked about all of the peripheral work they did, did they want to charge me for that? They just smiled and said it was part of making sure the key worked.
No wonder they have Best of Utah County awards all over the place....
