The Hive Trampoline & Adventure Park — Attraction in Spanish Fork

We booked a birthday party for my ten year old here. It was on a Thursday night, one of their less busy nights, so I was looking forward to having a really smooth experience with not much waiting. Unfortunately, the employees were somehow less available despite it being very slow. Every time we had guests checking in, it took a good couple of minutes for someone to get to the front to help us, even though there was no line. We had a party host assigned to us that was supposed to help us out, but she was available maybe a tenth of the time, if that. I have no idea where she was otherwise. There are attractions like the Zipline that you need an employees help with, so I was very disappointed that our party host wasn't really around to help us with those things. Instead, I had to once again go wait at the front for someone to notice I was there. The boy who did help me at the front was very prompt getting us the things we needed, so there was that. I just felt a bit let down to spend $500 on a party and have the party host not really be a thing. They asked for a tip for her at the end too, and I gave her one but I felt ripped off. This place still gets 3 stars though because it's a really fun facility with a lot of attractions and is very clean. When we did get help all the employees were very nice, especially one of the girls who did the pizza. The pizza is surprisingly tasty, and was brought out right when we asked for it. Booked a birthday party on a Saturday. This place gets busy on Saturday but busy would be a drastic understatement. Through the chaotic shuffle of people just coming to have a good time and the many other parties going on the staff moved and handled thing like a well maintained machine, making sure our group as well as others were taken care of. I want to give an extra thank you to those working the snack bar this day. I don't think there was a moment when they didn't have a line of people or orders to make and yet they handled it like pros, the young man on the counter greeted each guest with a smile. As I waited my turn in line for a drink his attitude took away any frustration that I would have normally have had waiting so long for something simple and made me appreciate his work ethic something that is greatly missing in most of the working class today, kudos to his parents and family.

If you a looking for something fun to do with the family or just let your kids burn off some energy this is a great place to visit. I read some of the 1 star reviews and mostly they complain about the price. In my opinion if your complaining about the price you're focusing on the wrong part of the experience. Its such a breath of fresh air to find a place that cares about their guest and want them to enjoy their time in their establishment. Drove up from Price for my daughter's birthday because of all the recommendations from everyone instead of going to the Lowes indoor tramp place; and I wish I would've just went the extra distance. The bathrooms were gross, we waited in front of the food bar for over an hour for a kids meal corn dog and mozzarella sticks - then I ask and I get an attitude that they had been yelling for someone to pick it up which wasn't true BC I SITTING IN FRONT WITH MY SON. Nobody said anything and then they could warm it up but it should still be good so here we go- it was cold, the fries were soggy the churro was burnt, and the cheese sticks were hard- the games didn't work, I got charged 7.20 for 2 warm bottles of lemonade from the vending machine- and then to end it , the arcade game cards had double charged me and also not given me the correct number of tokens - but then it was our responsibility to contact the arcade company not located in Utah to get it fixed.

I'm sure it's great for others...and on any other day it might have been for us - but it was not for us. My daughter and her friend had to wait in lines that weren't managed and kids running in and staff letting them run everywhere and unsafely using the zip line and so....it was not the best birthday for the amount of money and time that was wasted.
