foosackly's - Spanish Fort — Restaurant in Spanish Fort

I was passing through Alabama coming from Florida and saw a sign for a chicken place called “foosackly’s” that I had never heard of. Pretty wacky name, but it works! I was curious enough to pull over and I was surprised at how nice the restaurant looks! I’ve never seen a purple-grey-white color scheme on a chain before, but it looks really nice for the branding.

I tried a regular box and the food tasted great! Sort of Culver’s style fries, Raising Canes style tenders (I’d say they taste better) and their sauce is sort of in between Canes and Zaxby’s, a little closer to the latter. The cole slaw wasn’t the best in my opinion but everything else was pretty good so I wasn’t upset, really.

The staff were very friendly, I had asked the cashier how new the place was because I thought it was a new chain, but from what she told me and what I looked up after, apparently they’ve existed for the last few decades, with this location being there for the last three or four years. Overall a really nice place, I’d recommend it for sure! I’ll probably swing back again on my way back through. Also side note, I don’t know if people say the full name when they say this restaurant, but I think if they don’t already, people should call it “Sack’s” sort of like “Canes”. Awesome only place open around this area great service and ffoood! This place was awesome along with the food it was excellent not to mention it was the only place in the area open on the inside which is a must. It should not be up to the business to decide if it's safe or not it should not be up to the business to declare you to wear a mask or anything like that it should always be up to us and if you think differently you should just go live under the rock for the rest of your life because it'll never be safe as you need it to be. Anyways back to the food it was great I got buffalo chicken with buffalo sauce on the side. I had the day before the buffalo chicken salad which was great highly recommended. But the overall winner for me was being able to go in and sit down and eat my food and not have to sit in my car wait through a drive-thru it's which is completely ridiculous I never go through drive-thrus so that was a...

It is literally not hard to listen I’m so sick of going to this location and having my substitutions messed up because the cashier can’t listen. If I say no slaw add toast why is there 2 coleslaws and not a single piece of bread on my tray when I get home 20 miles away. Why when I say honey mustard I get ranch. If I get a salad and want 2 ranch and a honey mustard why am I getting 3 ranches. These people at this location need to learn to listen better or management needs to train their workers to listen and double check orders. I guess I’ll have to hold up the line every time I stop there to make sure my food is correct. I’m sick of it.

I also want to add I called about the issue and the woman literally said “so you wanted 2 slaws and no toast and didn’t get your slaw?” After I literally just explained the issue like they can’t even listen...
