We stopped here during a hot day of shopping. Staff must have been a bit short because they said they didn't have tables available inside for our party of 8 even though we spotted a few so we sat out in the patio. It was a hot day. We assumed it would be tolerable with the heat since they had misters on. Misters we're only on at the bar height tables and because we had a baby in a high chair we couldn't sit there. The restaurant had a fan with a mister going by the front door. We got very hot sitting outside in the sun waiting for our food so we asked if we could turn the fan towards us for a while. The waitress told us the fan was there to attract customers walking by therefore we could not turn it toward us. If I owned a business I would want to keep actual customers happy. They are the ones spending the money there already. I'm sure happy customers eating outside would be more attractive to business than sweaty customers trying to stay keep cool with the menus but that's an assumption. Overall our food was very basic. Seemed like you could get similar food at Applebee's or any american grill. I will say the fish and chips was probably the best dish. It was great. Flaky and crispy but meaty and juicy on the inside. The fries are really good also but you don't get very many per dish so you may need more to share. I think this would be a good place for adults to come hang out as they had live music and a couple bars. I'm sure happy hour is fine also. The window outside specifically said "family-friendly". However I think that only applies at a certain hour and location on...
Read moreHorrible tri tip wasnt that great ordered baked potatoe and mac and cheese and i specified no pork several times and they not only added pork they loaded it with pork, have to throw away half the food i spent good money on....i guess it might be my fault i didnt check it before i left but i feel if your a restaurant your orders should be on point and maybe should have servers tell customers to double check there orders make sure everything is correct..because im not sure where the miscommunication happened server to cook or cook blatantly ignored no pork, yeah i wont be coming back here....no point in coming back to redo 2 items by the time its done all my food will be cold..if anyone goes to this place for take out please double check your orders and make sure its correct because tonight was a disappointment in my experience
I wouldve had to wait another 20 30 mins and if you guys deliver it possibly up to 50 mins for food like i said you should have your staff ask the customer to double check the order....when it was mentioned more than a few times no pork....and your baked potatoe says choice of beef pork or chicken or whatever it is i chose beef not sure why pork was added on top of that doesnt make sense when i said no pork i threw away half my food...and its not about the money its the principle of the whole thing when ive requested it and 2 people there heard me say no pork so hard to believe this wasnt intentional because im not sure if your staff actually checks the food, again this is very disappointing still wont be...
Read moreWe were so excited to try this place; you see the sign they post âbest ribs in townâ! Far from the truth. We wanted to order beer but menu didnât show drinks and we werenât close enough to the bar to see the taps, I asked for a drink menu. She brought me a one page sheet which listed about 5 specialized mixed cocktails, nothing else. So I had to get up and walk over by the bar to see what they offered.
I then ordered 1/4 rack of ribs and wasnât expecting more than 3 ribs but what I received was closer to 1.5! When the waitress didnât ask me what sauce I wanted should have been my first clue. I donât like coleslaw so I asked if I could substitute for a side salad as the menu listed it as a side. No, for an extra charge? I had choice of double beans or potato salad, which I chose. Dinner finally came and you can see from the picture how disappointed I was. I finally had to flag our waitress and ask why no sauce⌠she asked me which flavor and I said, idk - what are my choices. She brought me 3 little cups of 3 flavors. I had to flag her again for butter, which is also pictured. The cornbread had to of been the $1 Jiffee you can buy in the store. My meal was luke-warm; beans were hard. When they brought our bill I about fell on the floor! My husband ordered the French Dip and I wish I had taken a picture. Meat was so dry he couldnât eat it. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Owner seemed to be more concerned with live entertainment than the restaurant. Take my review and donât waste your time or money. Total cost for 2...
