Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Spartanburg

I was very surprised by the attitude I got from the young lady answering the phone. She answered by saying "Hey", Didn't thank me for calling Lil Caesars....and then was huffing and puffing and sucking her teeth bc I needed to make a change to my door dash order which I do every single time I order. I have had this issue the last 3 times I've ordered, never had it before this young lady started answering the phone. I ordered a pepperoni pizza at the drive thru around 7:45. I paid, the cashier was friendly, but didn't tell us the pizza wasn't "hot and ready" as advertised.
