My husband and I stopped in on 2-28-25 on our way to the grocery store. I ordered the bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. I asked for lettuce only no other toppings. The cashier asked if I wanted honey mustard on it! Right there I should’ve known my order would be messed up. I said no. Just lettuce! We waited for 10 plus minutes for my sandwich. No big deal that means it’s gonna be fresh! We get our meal and I unwrap my sandwich. I literally had lettuce only on my chicken sandwich! No bacon or Swiss cheese. I take it back up. I let the same girl know that I ordered a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich with lettuce only. This has lettuce only. She immediately got rude and told me yeah all you wanted was lettuce that’s what you said. I said no I ordered a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich with lettuce only no other topping. So I don’t want tomato or any other topping. She again got loose lipped with me trying to point out I was wrong. Then she started pressing buttons on her kiosk ignoring me the whole time. Never apologizing for the error. Then she stops pressing on her kiosk. Again never saying another word to me. A good 10 minutes goes by with me still standing there and nothing being said to me. I figured she ordered me another sandwich. Then after that 10 or so minutes she tells me that she’s waiting on her manager to approve the transaction. So I go to.my husband and asked for his card so her rude, disrespectful and ignorant ass could give us a refund on my meal. As I walked back up some man was talking to her and she was running that hole in her face she calls a mouth about me. Mind you I never lost my patience with her when I could have. I could of made her feel real ignorant by asking her this. Why would I order a bacon Swiss chicken sandwich and not want the bacon and Swiss on it. That would be a crispy chicken sandwich WOULD IT NOT BE! And why would I pay $2 more for a sandwich if I wanted the sandwich that’s $2 less!!! And if that wasn’t the icing on the cake to all this I literally had to repeat what I wanted on my sandwich 2 times prior to it being made, and again after it came out of the fryer and was being wrapped. Then she popped off with thanks for your patience in her sarcastic voice as she handed me my sandwich! Yeah! You’re welcome! You need to be thankful that I didn’t put you in your place!...
Read moreMy experience with the Arby's in Speedway was horrible. Me and my husband ordered a fish sandwich and chicken, when the order came out it was not warm. My husband took the order back to ask for it to be remade. The cashier a heavy-set African American that was working around 1pm told my husband that the cheese that they use does not melt. Which was a lie we watched the cook make another order and the items were hot, and the cheese was melting. I asked for our food to be remade, and the young lady was yelling at my husband saying it will be the same. At that point I just wanted my money back, I asked for the manager and shockingly it was the lady that was at the front counter with the rude worker. I was very shocked that she did not step in to take over the situation. She heard how her worker was talking aggressively to my husband who was not being rude at all. We got a refund, but the cashier was still being rude talking to the other staff about the situation. I will never visit this location again, the customer was HORRBILE!!!! Read moreOk so last Monday night I stopped there because I was craving a beef and cheddar. Lady at the drive thru told me the was out of roast beef 😂 so I wrote a review on here, really did have anything bad to say. Kinda of made a joke about Arby's not having roast beef.. so about two days later I had a email from either the owner, or someone associated with Arby's anyway it had a form within they wanted me to fill out you know what went wrong and what not so I did next day I got a call from them. And the lady was very nice ask me about my experience with them I told her. She apologize and tell me that it was there number one policy to make customers happy and after talking to for a little bit she was going to mail me some things for a couple free meals. So with all that being said don't think for a minute ARBY'S don't care about there customers and the way they do business. I'm just regular a guy in indianapolis and that speaks volume. Only if other restaurants could be like ARBY'S.. .thank you ARBY'S....
