12-8-23 Location: Cunningham and Crawfordsville Rd in Speedway! My husband placed our order online at 5:48 pm. I pulled up to the drive thru window at 6:15. Was waited on immediately. After giving my name it was about 5 minutes later that they came back and said it’s not quite done we are working on it. About 10 minutes late another employee comes to the window rudely assuming I was the one that honked my horn. And began giving an excuse. I politely told her that I wasn’t the one that honked my horn. At 6:30 my husband sent me a texted showing it was literally just placed in the oven ALMOST AN HOUR AFTER HE PLACED THE ORDER. I had a gentleman come to the window 2 times during my wait asking me for my name. At 6:45-6:50 my husband called and asked if I was on my way home. Nope I’m still sitting here. He then told me that it was boxed and ready. To which I told him I’m sure it is they have been very steadily putting orders on the warmer by the drive thru window. Yet I was totally ignored. At 7-7:05 I pulled around and went in. Where 7 other people were waiting for their food. Everyone of the staff ignored me and the gentleman who pulled from behind me in the drive thru. After waiting for 5-10 minutes I was acknowledged and I got my order 20 minutes AFTER it was placed in the warmer by the drive thru window. My husband and I are patient and understanding people. We know the work ethic of employees has gone down hill. We understand staffing issues. But to make someone wait 55 minutes after they arrive is absolutely ridiculous. And not putting their order in the oven till almost and hour after they placed it is absolutely ridiculous. Read moreUnfortunately, I don't have any photos of the food because it's usually undercooked or under-baked. The last order I placed, which may have been a month ago, they actually sent me wings that had the wrong sauce. The chicken wings were also cold, as in, NOT cooked; like they took them straight out of the freezer and just simply poured the sauce on them. If that weren't bad enough, the pizza was not baked thoroughly; it was "gummy" in texture, like the dough was barely left in the oven for the allotted time. It was tasteless. (I received a free pizza and the correct kind/flavor of wings maybe 2 weeks later, but ONLY because I emailed the franchise & and complained).
Fast forward to today, as in right now, Sunday 08/04/2024. I placed an order online at 11:12am for delivery. The website said 22-32 minutes for delivery time. Cool. How about at 11:45am, the person who made the pizza, called and said the delivery driver didn't come to work. My pizza is ready; either I can come pick it up myself, OR she can change the delivery time. (However, she doesn't know what time it will be delivered) I was flabbergasted! I told her to just change the delivery time because I'm not coming to pick up the pizza. It's now 12:10pm. I'm OVER this Domino's location! There's ALWAYS A PROBLEM with my orders: they're either late to deliver, bring the wrong items, or leave items at the store. Maybe they should just close this franchise location...
Read moreMy husband placed an order online and chose the “build your own pasta” option along with a pizza. When we got home, we realized the pasta didn’t have any Alfredo sauce. He went back to the store to report the issue, but the woman working there who said her name was Amy was extremely rude and even racist. She had a terrible attitude and didn’t let him speak.
My husband primarily speaks Spanish and only a little English, and he was just trying to explain that the pasta was missing sauce. Instead of helping, she started yelling at him and accusing him of being aggressive. There are cameras in the store, and the footage will clearly show that he was not being aggressive at all.
He called me so I could help translate, but Amy refused to speak with me over the phone and continued yelling. My husband told her multiple times that he just wanted the sauce for his pasta, but she kept shouting and said she would just refund the money.
This is not how customer service should work. If a customer returns because of a mistake, the staff should try to resolve the issue calmly not escalate it. I will never return to this location because of this experience. If an employee is dealing with a customer who doesn’t speak fluent English, they should show patience...
