Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

$20.00 for a salad bar pretty much. Still not sure why we even paid. My friend and I went here and ordered a pizza and salad bar. We ate one plate from the salad bar and our server did not tell us we had to ask for another plate for the salad bar until the end of our terrible experience (we had never been here before!) so we only went one trip. We had ordered a pizza as well, a small thin crust pizza... The vegetables were still cold and raw on our pizza so we asked them to remake it. After the waitress going back and forth with the manager and us they said they remade the pizza... It came back cold and exactly the same... So we were like um no we are not going to eat this pizza they said "that is how the pizza looks" it looks cold and raw? Ok so she went back to the manager and instead of the manager coming out to speak with us she sent the very young (couldn't serve alcohol to another table who ordered beer or wine or something, young) waitress back out to tell us it looked that way because they use... Wait for it "Real vegetables on their pizza!" Omgsh, what a revalation I guess all other pizza places use fake vegetables... Papa Murphys makes some amazing pizza's and they use... Wait for it "real vegetables too!" so aggravated and hungry we paid and left. I really cannot believe they actually had us pay... terrible customer service. I will...

Came in Monday afternoon (1/27) at about 1pm. No one was at the counter. I waited a few minutes and then dialed the phone number. It worked, as lady came from the kitchen. She apologized, saying she was cutting onions and didn't see anyone at the counter. Ok, fine. She was actually very nice. I purchased the salad bar and sat down to eat. While I was eating, 2 ladies arrived and walked up to the counter. After not being seen for about 2-3 minutes, I dialed the phone again from my booth. No answer and no one came out of the back. I went back up to the salad bar to get more food and mentioned to the ladies that the this happened to me too and the employee was back cutting onions. The ladies waited for another 2-3 minutes (now about 5 minutes or more total- no exaggeration!) before turning around and leaving. A little while later the employee appeared and I told her that she just lost 2 customers for not being attentive. She apologized to me and said she was taking a break. This review is NOT and attempt to get this lady in trouble! She was very nice, just not attentive at all to the front counter. If management is reading this, please make it a priority to train your employees better in this regard because you are potentially losing customers. On the positive side, the lady was nice, the place was clean and the salad bar was fresh and...

We came in as a group of 5 and stood there for over ten minutes (at least it felt like), and not one person greeted us, after which we ended up seating ourselves. Even though the table had those QR codes for the contactless menus, still nobody came over to greet us or ask if we had been there before or knew what we were doing. We sat there for maybe another 10 minutes looking over the menu without a single staff member greeting us. We know the procedure is to go over to the register/counter to order which we did, it wasn't until our food was delivered that someone started coming over and checking on us and offering to clear our empty plates away. My wife who always insists on giving a tip and making sure its one of the list % options, actually said she wasn't going to give a tip this time, as they didn't do anything for us. I commented that they made the pizza so they should get a little tip and she said no, that's their job which is all they did. I don't think she gave them a tip at all. For Service I give them 1 ⭐. The food on the other hand was pretty good which is why overall they get 3 ⭐. That and the fact they did come over and start cleaning our table up.
