If I could give them zero stars I would. We have two kids so we are regular customers. We went there to celebrate the concert for one of the kids, and ordered blizzards. We got home and all four of them were wrong. So I called back, and the manager that I spoke with said come in the next day or whenever and tell them that you would get free desserts and that my name was in a book. We decided to go a couple days later, and the manager undulate was the nastiest, rudest manager I've ever met. She Said we were not in the book, and I explained very politely with the situation has been and who I had spoken with and she finally replied with "fine just tell me what you want quote". Then they proceeded to take almost half an to make them as they served multiple people before us. As a manager that works in a different kind of customer service, I was horrified that a manager would treat a customer like that! And since I know how nasty people can be in the customer service field, I am always very polite. But her attitude was beyond reproach. I did get the district managers name and phone number, but never got around to calling. I hope at least this review will be seen by him. Dairy Queen is my first job and I can guarantee you treating a customer like that would resulted in immediate termination. And if she's treated her customers that way, how is she treating...

We order and pull up behind the one car at the window, where the gal seemed to be having a very nice conversation with the car ahead of us. As soon as we pull up, we are once again spoken to very shortly, and the window is repeatedly slammed in our face. I understand keeping it closed in the winter when it's cold. However, we had just watched the employee leaning out the window for a few minutes chatting with the car ahead. If there wasn't such a stark difference in treatment between the car ahead of us and us, I wouldn't have thought twice about it. I am in restaurant management, and I know how it can be stressful working through a dinner rush. But there was one car in the drive thru and at least 4 employees standing around chatting.
