I live nearby and had surgery today and didn't want to go too far. Friday night at 630pm I walked in to order as they were putting chairs up and shutting lights off. I asked what time they closed, because I thought the sign said 8pm as I walked in. A very rude woman said at 8 usually but we close anywhere between 645-8 depending on business. There were people in the restaurant eating too. Another couple came in behind me and she rudely said to them, not accepting coupons and rattled off all the stuff they were out of. They looked at me and said wow, rude...and they walked out. A nice gentleman made my sandwich-I passed on the lettuce because it was severely brown and wilted and looked like it had been sitting out all day. All while the woman working walked around closing up. I've had this type of experience there before but thought I'd give them another try. Never again. I'll drive out of my way to go to one that wants my business. And, I'll tell everyone I know not to waste their money there. Horrible customer service and felt...
Read moreI gave 2 stars because the food is consistent. Ordered on the app 45?minutes before it was supposed to be ready. I was greeted by the employees, but noticed my order wasn’t ready despite the app saying it was. There were 2 people in line with one already getting a sandwich assembled. I went to the counter to ask about my order and Joe, the employee acted like he was busy and ignored me. Finally the young gal who was assembling the sandwich for the customer looked at me annoyed and asked if we were together. I told her no and that my order was missing. She acted annoyed and said “it’s not done yet sorry.” Grab a drink and I will make it. I get it if you’re busy or if there is a mistake, but I think what is most annoying is that they acted as if I wasn’t there and were annoyed when I asked for help. Read moreI wouldn’t even give this place a one star. We put in a catering order for our going away party for our employee . To be picked up at 2 o’clock. At 1 o’clock I receive a phone call from a very rude unprofessional kid who tells me that they have to cancel my pick. I told him that that is not acceptable and we were planning on picking it up in an hour and we don’t have time to rearrange another lunch and he very rudely Said well now we’re definitely not making it for you and hung up the phone. I would really like it if someone from the corporate office could give me a call I have never experienced such a horrible customer service as I did yesterday. After he hung up I tried to call the store back and they would not answer. We Cater through subway once a month but that will no longer be happening. subway can thank this location!!!
