Bijou — Restaurant in Spokane

I met a friend for a few drinks at the downtown location. We ordered about 4 drinks while we were there, and proceeded to have pleasant conversation. That is until the bartender told us if we didn't order more drinks, we needed to leave, so more customers could have our seats. I have never been to an establishment in my life that kicked out customers, if they weren't ordering additional drinks fast enough. I was shocked. LOVE THIS LITTLE GEM! It's VERY small, only a few seats. (But there is outside seating for when the weather is nice.) They make incredible cocktails, including HOT cocktails!! They also have several different varieties of bitters, I believe they are made by the owner..(?) They have the words "craft libations" on their sign and now having been there it makes sense, great drinks, awesome service, and they have so much more than bar drinks to offer. Like they make coffee, full espresso set up. As well as they mix their own soda syrups. No one else I've seen in town runs a bar that diverse in drinks.
