This was, without question, the best shopping experience I’ve ever had — and that’s no exaggeration.

I came into the shop 2 Hours before I needed be at my friends birthday with a specific custom jewelry idea for the present I wanted to get her. Just for reference, I'm a man who doesn't even have matching hand towels.

I say all of this to say that I definitely was not confident in picking out a fashionable gift (matching hand towel reference), I was stressed about the time crunch, & was intimidated by the vast array of customizable options.

One of the owners was working that day and made me feel welcome, was patient with me, helped me search and structure my concept, provided constructive feedback, updated me on stylistic trends, and took great care in choosing the perfect gift box & bag to pair with it.

This person did not have to do that but did it anyways.

My friend told me to check this place out and I visit this store with her whenever I’m in town. There is indeed a lot of soul and personality as the store changes with new items and new decor each time I visit. However this last time I visited I was absolutely blown away by the customer service. Over the weekend I had bought a pair of vintage jeans but after trying them on again I realized they were too tight in the waist.
