Bruchi's — Restaurant in Spokane

My son and I along with my mother went into this Bruchi's tonight. My son and I ordered first followed by my mother. I asked the girl about the gourmet subs for kids and she looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Had to get help just to answer my question about subs for kids. After we ordered a group of about six people ordered. My order came out first pretty quickly. We kept waiting on my moms order to eat but it didn't come after mine. After seeing the group behind us orders coming to the front and then two drive through orders I went up and asked about my moms ordered. Obviously the girl that took our order put the group of six orders ahead of my moms on accident but the supervisor named Rebecca told us it was because chicken took longer to cook then steak. Which I looked over at the grill that had no chicken cooking at all. After a couple of more minutes my mom went up and asked for a refund. Well Rebecca couldn't figure out the register because she wanted to charge my mom for the chips, that my mom was eating, while waiting for her sandwich which never came. After about 5 minutes of fumbling with the register my mom just said refund me the whole 7 dollars and whatever and recharge me for the chips which Rebecca did. After all that horrible customer service they made her pay for her chips. Wow. I used to love Bruchi's but after that experience I will never go back. No wonder so many of them in the Spokane area have closed. I guess customer service has taken a back seat to the...

Went to this bruchi's ordered my food ahead of time online paid almost $30 for three 7-in sandwiches got there was handed a bag I asked if everything was in it they said yes. I opened the bag before I left the drive-thru no au jus for the French dip I waited nobody came to the window so I beat on the window somebody came over with an attitude and I told him I needed the au jus because it wasn't in the bag 5 minutes later I have the au jus and I head home. Get home the au jus is inedible too salty and too strong and the chicken club had a long dark hair in it and half the amount of meat appeared to be on my sandwich I've ordered blue cheese multiple times and there was never this small amount of meat. Tried to call two different numbers neither one works called another one that was affiliated with them and they they stated that their phones were out of order. Who the hell has a phone out of order in the restaurant industry?! Call the downtown one not sure I'm going to get much results either and when my husband made a comment the guy got snarky. Pretty mad today I went in there today and got to steak and cheese footlongs no onion through drive thru dark haired girl at window was nice and polite at first when I got my food everything seem right I pulled over just a couple parking lots away and pulled one out very excited to start eating because I've been craving for weeks I take a great big bite into my sandwich and when I go to pull away I felt something touch my chin okay I look in the mirror and it was a brown hair okay my hair is gray and short definitely is not my hair and that is one of the most disgusting things on the planet to find in your food long brown long light brown hair I called them a girl named Brittany answer the phone kind of rude because I asked for the manager and she asked for my phone number I gave it to her she said I would get a phone call the same day never happened I called them the next day just to let them know how I felt about it not even looking to get my money back just serve them to understand that is disgusting and people need to wear hair nets I will not return here I go to a lot of bruchis in Spokane this is definitely not the one to go to division up by car toys if you like hair in your food and rude people this is...
